Mama June, from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo, started partying at a very young age to get attention. At 14 she learned she was having a baby and had her first born at 15 years old. She had her second child at 17 years old, her 3rd at 20 and her 4th (Honey Boo Boo) at 26. She used to be a size 28 and has gotten down to a size 16, by losing over 150 pounds in one year. She gave up soda, got a trainer, and no more fried food. So the weight loss plus four c-sections means all her scar tissue is sagging more than ever. June feels like this has weakened her motivation to lose more weight. However, when we see her meet with a vegan chef, everyone who taste-tests spits the food out. It doesn't necessarily look like the family is ready to get healthy. June tells the doctors that her doctor who performed her last c-section didn't perform a tummy tuck like he said he would. The doctors are dumbfounded that her doctor would even attempt a tummy tuck after birth. They are also disgusted that the scalpel would even come close to Alana's head during the surgery. Because of her disclosure of the smell and rash under the skin, the doctors agree to a consultation. They find that it has become an inflammatory hyper pigmentation, which is a dark staining of the area, and a serious case of intertrigo. Unfortunately for June, her BMI is too high for surgery. If she loses 75 more pounds, she can come back for the surgery. Bummer! We were really looking forward to this reveal!

Janan lived in Egypt and moved to Boston as a child. She wanted a smoother, smaller nose and at 16 she looked up a hospital online. At 21 she got a rhinoplasty and immediately new it was crooked after surgery. Her doctor told her it was healing and would be fine. Two years later she got her second surgery in Lebanon to fix the first. Now Janan is looking for a third surgery from Dr. Nassif to fix it once and for all. Currently her nose is very small and pinched. Her nostrils are collapsed, she has a deviated septum and her nostrils have been cut. Naturally it's concerning whether or not the patient would be accepting of a larger nose. Per usual, he's taking ear and rib to reconstruct the nose, break her nasal bone to straighten her nose and build it up to give her a more natural look. After taking out the deviated septum bone she should find breathing to be much easier plus give her nose more projection. Even though he's done everything he can, he's still finding obstruction. He decides to cut out her own tissue, which he never wants to do, in order to make her airways clearer. At her reveal/bridal shower you can tell by the "oohs and ahhs" that Dr. Nassif has done an amazing job. When we get to finally see her face she looks like a different person. Her nose now matches her other features and has a softer appearance.

Holly got a strip-mall boob-job. As a small town daughter of a farmer, she was a cheerleader who married her high school sweetheart and had her first child at 20 years old, and her second at 22. She was only able to breastfeed out of one side so her breasts became uneven. Her (now ex) husband would make comments making her uncomfortable so she called several offices and picked the cheapest option. Once she woke up from surgery she knew she had made a mistake and found over time that they became more and more uneven. She remarried and now has 5 children altogether with her new husband and it's finally time to get herself back to "normal". During the consultation Dr. Dubrow finds that her implants may not be under the muscle, very little tissue, and droopiness about 3 cm different. While in surgery, Dr. Dubrow decides to put different size implants in for Holly to make sure that her breasts are symmetrical. And wow does he deliver!
