Botched: Seeing Double

Lucy and Anna are the world's most identical twins from Australia. They share everything including a boyfriend. They even measure their food so that they eat the exact same amount of calories and have done so for the past 10 years. They are terrified of looking different. They had breast augmentation surgery together and have the same scars and problems with their results, probably because they found their surgeon through the yellow pages. During their consultation Dr. Dubrow finds that their surgeon actually did a good job with exception to their scars. If they were to do another surgery they would become less identical. He also points out all of the things that make them unique, and they are not happy. They have never seen themselves as different from one another. Hopefully this doesn't push them to more surgeries.

Melissa has deflated breasts. She first started working at a strip club at 18 and after the birth of her child at 21 she became an exotic dancer. She decided that breast augmentation would make her more money. The surgeon didn't put the implants under the muscle but inflated them too much to make up for it. She had size G breasts which left her with back problems, ripples, large nipples and stretching. Melissa wants out of the industry to be a good role model for her daughter, but good boobs equals good money in her industry and that money can help her transition to a house flipping career. Dr. Dubrow finds that the previous surgeon already lifted the chest muscles, didn't put them down properly and they have scarred and are unusable. She needs a new lift, closed pockets, new implants and thickening of the inside of the breast envelope. She runs the risk of nipple loss, skin loss, implant exposure and extrusion are all possible side effects. Nevertheless she goes ahead with the surgery and towards fantastic results. Such great results that she cut off her long hair because she doesn't need it to cover her bare breasts during dancing.

Pam injured her nose at 17 diving into a 4ft deep swimming pool. Her mother was a perfectionist and wanted her nose fixed so she took Pam to a plastic surgeon. It wasn't perfect so she took Pam to a second surgeon. He put a silicon implant in her nose but over time it began shifting. The breathing problems have caused her to have difficulty exercising so she has become addicted to nose sprays that help open up her airways. She hasn't gone a full day without nose spray in over 30 years. Dr. Nassif says that she cannot do the surgery unless she is completely off of the nose spray due to it's effect to weaken nose tissue. His plan is to lower the nose, put in new cartilage from her ear and rib, and reconstruct the entire nose over a 7 hour surgery. During surgery Dr. Nassif finds that the implant was so mobile it was in danger of moving up into her forehead. Yikes! Post surgery she looks great. She can breathe, sans nose spray, is back to crossfire and feeling (and looking) better than ever. So pretty!
