Brian has man boobs. Moobs. He also gambles. For $100,000 he took a bet to get breast augmentation. His surgeon was a fellow gambler and had no qualms about performing the surgery. Now that he's getting older he's ready to decide on wether it's actually safe to keep them or not. You thought he wanted them gone because he was embarrassed, didn't you? Nope. The surgeons say its safe to keep them because they are saline so leaking isn't a danger. Basically, wait until something bad happens then come back.

Keara has asymmetrical lips. She let herself go during a relationship and then decided to get lips like Angelina Jolie with her mother's suggestion to get lip surgery. Now her upper lip is full on the sides, but not in the middle. So Keara hasn't closed her mouth completely in 10 years. She feels that fixing this flaw will help her socially and career-wise. Dr. Nassif thinks the lumps are granulomas and feels that since the granulomas are actively growing it could mean bad news. Usually surgeons don't remove things from the lips because it could effect the muscles that control the lips. But they agree to do the surgery with caution. Sometimes the body eats away the silicone so that's why there's no large mass. Dr. Nassif tries to make the sides as symmetric as possible but nothing is 100%. Regardless all parties are extremely pleased, as long as the silicone doesn't react and cause new granulomas.

Jessica has stomach flaps from a teen pregnancy. She actually hid the pregnancy until the moment she gave birth, even telling her mother that her contractions were actually appendicitis. A few days after birth she found out she had an infection from the meconium not being cleared out completely during her emergency c-section and her scar didn't heal properly. Now she has a horizontal and vertical scars. Dr. Dubrow thinks that having two scars makes the surgery scary and dangerous but ultimately agrees to the surgery. His plan is to do lips, tummy tuck, removing the scars and creating a new belly button giving her a flat abdomen. Unfortunately he runs into a belly button hernia and if he can't reduce it it could cause dead intestines later in her recovery. But it's Dr. Terry Dubrow we're talking about and she looks fantastic. We knew she would. Now she can approach 30 more comfortably physically and emotionally.
