Rajee got black market injections in her cheeks, jaw, chin and lips and now has golf ball size nodules all over her face. She knew at 4 years old that she no longer wanted to be a boy. In 2003 she was at the point in her transition that she felt like she should take it further and worked on her face, breasts, hips and buttocks. A year later she experienced a horrible reaction in her face. She has seen the doctors before but they were unable to help her a that time. But Dr. Dubrow thought long and hard about a solution for Rajee and now she's back for a fix. Steroid injections she has been receiving have helped to localize the inflammatory process around the cement injections. The plan is stop start in a safe are like the chin to see if the process of removing the nodules will work and be safe enough to continue. They don't know at this point how many steps it will take to remove everything from her face.

The first attempt is to do everything under local anesthesia unless Rajee has incredible discomfort. Dr. Dubrow took off a small piece and sent it off to pathology for testing. The results were: basically she has a cellular retain to foreign body materials but no foreign bodies... so she's a green light for more surgery. Step two is the same procedure as before with a facelift. The problem was when Rajee started to wake up a little during surgery and everything had to be stopped. Just a minor hiccup compared to having to use a bone saw to cut through concrete on her cheek bones. Results: no more nodules! Not that you can really notice, anyways. No more "Cinderblockerella". Wow, what a difference! Congrats to Rajee and the doctors.

Vinny is on the quest to be the perfect alien and wants his nose to be smaller to mimic the look of a being from outer space. His first surgery was a rhinoplasty but it was still curved after the bandages came off. His desire to be "otherworldly" sends out major red flags to Dr. Nassif. While he says that he can take rib cartilage to straighten the nose, he will not help deform his nose. And the ultimate decision is that they cannot help him with his "galaxy realness".

Melissa has nipples that are so high that that she constantly has nip slips. Growing up she was flat chested and a dancer. Her senior year of high school she developed DD breasts and eventually had them removed due to discomfort and displeasure. Now that she is essentially flat chested again, her nipples are higher than they should be, thanks to her original plastic surgeon. Her goal is to bring those nipples down so she can wear normal clothes, and bras, without her nipples spilling out. The plan is for Dr. Dubrow to place implants in for more fullness and bring the nipples down for consistency. Results: Hot damn she looks fantastic! No nipples hanging out of her halter top. Great job, doctors!
