On Tuesday's episode of THE VOICE, Daniel Passino from Team Pharrell was the latest singer eliminated from the competition. In an interview following the elimination Daniel talks about his experience on THE VOICE and what his future in music will be.
In regards to his time on THE VOICE, "Obviously there's some things you would want to do differently and there's some things that you wish happened differently," Daniel says, "to have made it to the top ten is just - it's incredible."
Getting casted from an open audition for the show, "At an open call audition not many people on the show are actually bad," he adds, "you never dream to even get an opportunity to audition for the show, like the real show." And after being eliminated, "I've been beating myself up over being eliminated...but truth of the matter is I have been sick for the last couple of weeks, the last week pretty sick and I don't think I could go on much longer anyway."
The singer's future plans in music are a little up in the air and undecided. "I'm not sure right now. I want to put out my own music but I don't know, I've got to regroup I guess. I might go back to school right away and finish my degree or I might try to decide if this is something that needs to be pursued right now," Daniel explains, "so I'll have to reevaluate things and go from there."
