The couples are still recovering from their night out without each other when the directors bring them in to see Judge Toler. She is concerned that Sarah gives but doesn't get and Ink still doesn't have any trust. Mama June needs to take care of herself before she worries about Sugar Bear yet she feels that Sugar Bear needs more confidence. Sundy needs to "woman up" and decide wether or not she wants Cedrik, and Cedrik has to do the same. Sean and Catherine need to remember that they are not always right. Althea is on her own team but she needs to value her man, while Benzino needs to level out instead of such extreme highs and lows. It's the last time they'll see each other before the commitment ceremony. Now they must think long and hard on what their decision will be based on the last two weeks of bootcamp.

The directors do quick one-on-ones before the ceremony. Everyone seems to have doubts on wether or not their relationship will survive... even those that think they have a better marriage than others (I'm looking at you Sean and Catherine). But the most concerned is Sugar Bear. He breaks down several times but Cedrik comes and talks him off the ledge and offering great advice... maybe if you don't get a ring, it's time to love Sugar Bear. The basic question for everyone is: Can you live with this person as it stands right now?

Cedrik and Sundy: Sundy tells Cedrik that she respects him and he's a great father, but she doesn't see how they can make each other happy. He feels that Sundy needs to find out who she really is... without him. They both open empty ring boxes and agree that they will remain best friends rather than spouses.

Ink and Sarah: Sarah asks ink why is she supposed to give more when he doesn't return it? He is still upset that she failed the polygraph regarding potential to cheat. Sarah presents a rink to Ink, but Ink's box for Sarah is empty. But he's just being an ass because he wanted to see her cry... he actually did present her with a ring after all. Happy ever after for the promiscuous duo?

Sean and Catherine: Catherine tells Sean how much she adores him but his lack of empathy has hurt her. He thinks she needs to control her "hot temper". They both open their boxes with rings inside. Duh.

Benzino and Althea: Althea tells Benzino that the loves him and she doesn't regret their decision to do the bootcamp. Benzino returns the sentiment. Cedric gets down on one knee and asks Althea to marry him after opening an empty box to her. Although she said "yes", it didn't seem sincere. Will they actually last or are they doing this for the baby?

Sugar Bear and Mama June: Mama June is most concerned with the fact that Sugar Bear may relapse with his sex addiction. He says that if Mama June would love him back he could change. They both open ring boxes with their rings inside and Sugar Bear breaks down once again. He even promises to seek counseling outside of bootcamp in order to save his marriage.

Ink and Sarah broke up 6 months after bootcamp when Ink refused to buy Sarah a Christmas gift. She decided she needed more out of a relationship.
Sugar Bear and Mama June have broken up because Sugar Bear continued cheating and did not seek out therapy.

Benzino and Althea are still together. Their son was born in November of 2015. They are also still fighting.
