It's makeover week and the contestants families' have flown in from all over to witness their makeovers. Keep in mind that they haven't seen their families in 10 weeks so their weight loss will be a huge shock.

Their first stop is to meet Tim Gunn at a boutique. He understands that their minds haven't yet grasped the concept of their new bodies. Amongst all of their sports bras and spandex shorts, the contestants probably haven't spent much time discovering that they wear several sizes smaller than they used to. The biggest problem Colby has with the makeover is the possibility of losing his beard. At his father's funeral the last thing he touched was his father's beard, so now he finds himself touching his own beard and remembering his dad. Tim promises the beard can stay, there's no point in hurting Colby for the sake of a makeover.

Ken Paves is back for his 7th season to makeover the contestants' hair. Next up is their reveal and they all look absolutely amazing. Their families' faces are pure shock, Lauren's son didn't even recognize her at first. At their cocktail hour Bob tells the families that they are going to get a little taste of what the ranch has all been about.

Donning their best workout clothes, Bob announces to the families that they ill be participating in a last chance challenge. Basically the challenge is weights, sleds, and running relays. The winners get a trip to a Biggest Loser Resort across the country. The winner will also get a one pound advantage. Erin and her boyfriend were the winning team but now it's tie to say goodbye to their families.

Erin - 188 to 182, down 6 pounds
Lauren - 184 to 179, down 5 pounds
Felicia - 185 to 183, down 2 pounds
Stephen - 238 to 228, down 10 pounds
Jacky - 238 to 229, down 9 pounds
Roberto - 259 to 250, down 9 pounds
Colby - 258 to 249, down 9 pounds

The two people below the yellow line are Felicia and Lauren. The remaining contestants vote to send Lauren home. When we see her again at home, she is down to 168 and looks amazing. She's getting a new relationship with her son and feels better than ever.
