Sugar Bear made a confession about his infidelity, but Mama June doesn't think that's all he has to tell. He finally admits that a woman seduce him, twice. He then discloses he also had sex with his ex-wife. All of the information is exactly what June already knew inside, but she did not expect him to say that he also had a girl come to his motel room. However, they did not have sex... he did say that if she were willing he would have had sex with her. The Directors feel that the may have an addiction to sex. An easy out?

The group's first exercise is to build a bed frame. The goal is to show them that they need one another to work through frustrations. Mama June, Althea, Sean, Sarah and Cedrik are putting it together. Catherine, Ink, Sugar Bear, Benzino and Sundy will be lounging and relaxing while also being the only ones able to read the instructions. The roles were chosen specifically for the pairs. When Sugar Bear gets irate Mama June tries to talk him down but he gets more riled up. Sarah and Ink excel in this challenge and prove that when you really communicate you are really heard. The most perfect of the perfects, Sean and Catherine, win the challenge. But, their communication was severely lacking at the end.

The exercise isn't done. The person who was lounging now gets to paddle their partners on an inflatable mattress to three stations for pillows and accessories for their "bed". Blindfolded. Walking towards the pond, Mama June has an anxiety attack because she once witnessed a friend drown and she has been unable to go to a lake ever since. The Directors feel that it's better to let her stay on land and direct him rather than force her into the water. Turns out Sugar Bear is used to June barking orders at him so they win the challenge. While Benzino gives up and throws his paddle and goggles into the water. But the overall winners are Sarah and Ink because they worked the best together.

The directors decide to focus on Benzino and Althea's anger issues. Turns out Althea is pregnant. Looks like they're stuck together but arguing like they do can affect the pregnancy. Althea is livid that he disclosed the news but Benzino says he is proud. In Judge Toler's courtroom she discloses the pregnancy to the rest of the group making Althea even more uncomfortable.

Back in their rooms they find that their new beds are the beds they attempted to construct earlier. The lesson being the decisions you make have consequences. We also witness Sugar Bear say that he has "experimented with guys", aka oral sex. Another shocker is when Althea locks Benzino in their room and hits him as he's begging to be let out.
