The Bootcamp Directors are hosting a cocktail party for the couples. They will be learning the Tango in order to see how the pairs physically speak to each other. Can they be on the same level in any capacity and can they identify what they are missing regarding communication? Dr. Ho is a Psychologist who has been studying the couple's behaviors and will be placing the participants with a new partner for the cocktail party tango:

Althea and Cedrik were paired together in hopes that one would take the lead since both are dominant. Althea learned that she is actually able to take direction if she approached positively with it.
Sarah and Sean, in hopes that Sarah would get Sean to open up more and Sarah would define boundaries she is lacking in her own relationship.
Catherine and Sugar Bear were paired together in hopes that Sugar Bear would help Catherine relax and Sugar Bear can be released of pressure.
Sundy and Ink were paired together in hopes that the friction between them would be eased and their dominance would lessen.
Mama June and Benzino in hopes that Benzino would get attention from Mama June and June could get leadership.

No one was thrilled about the pair shake-ups causing real insecurities to started popping up. Sarah didn't want Sundy dancing panty-less with her boyfriend and asked Catherine to de-escalate the situation by offering up underwear. Catherine didn't like sharing Sean (again) with another woman. Benzino can't stand seeing Althea with another man but took a deep breath and accepted the situation without overheating. Overall, each person learned what they need from their partner and how it affects their communication. Catherine and Sugar Bear won the Tango contest because Sugar Bear stepped up to be the leader Mama June has always wanted.
