Kyle's European vacation is over so it's back to the real world and what's more real than learning your sister (Kim) has, according to the media, fled rehab? Strangely, she doesn't learn the news from her family, but rather from Lisa R. and Eileen. Instead of focusing on that gossip, the conversation moves quickly to Yolanda and her lack of results from Lyme disease treatments.

Remember the miniature horse (dwarf filly) Lisa V. wants to buy her husband Ken? It's time to go pick it up. Rather than a road trip, it's a private jet trip and tagging along is Lisa R. Before they take her on the plane the horse shows signs of having a problematic leg. She calls Ken for his approval, ruining his birthday surprise, and the ultimate decision is that Lisa V. will go home, talk it over, and if they decide they want the horse the farm will be driven to Beverly Hills. At his birthday party, Ken is greeted by many a famous guest in all white, Lisa R. with a stick pony gag gift. Kyle gets bored, drags the other ladies into the pool, then in goes Ken. And he gets thrown into the shallow end of the pool... on his 70th birthday. 70, people! Eileen isn't concerned with his hip replacements, she's concerned about his expensive shoes.

Yolanda is getting a Vitamin C IV with her friend, Erika. Erika is a 44 year old "with all the access to the best" "... of course I look good". Wow. Her husband is an attorney most famously connected to the Erin Brokovich case. In her package Erika discusses nothing but money yet also claims to not be a gold digger. Next time we see her she's in a sheer body stocking talking about covering her pubic hair. This is her alter ego, Erika Jane, "All sass and ass" and has had 8 #1 hits on the Billboard charts.
