Lacey has had 15 surgeries in 20 years and spent over $450,000 on surgeries. She has previously seen the doctors requesting larger (already ginormous) breasts but was rejected. After seeing herself on tv she felt that she looked too heavy and old so since then she has had a nose job, eyes done, body lipo, butt transfer and more. When she went into a liquid face lift (fillers) it left her face deflated. Dr. Nassif agrees that she needs more cartilage in the tip of her nose and Dr. Dubrow agrees that fixing the drooping left from over filling is necessary for congruency. At her follow-up appointment post surgery, she discloses that she removed fluid (old blood) from her neck on her own. The doctors are PISSED. But she is pleased with the results, "I think my face is higher than my vagina now!". When she calls the doctors from Florida to say "thank you", her friend (a previous client of the doctors) is offered a possible new surgical plan.

Cassandra considers herself the real life Jessica Rabbit. She grew up the third boy in a family of four boys. Growing up in a masculine family caused her fantasy of being more feminine. At 17 she threw away all of her boy clothes and started a new life as a female. Since then she's has silicon in her cheeks, lips, hips, butt, brow shaving as well as a breast augmentation and having sex reassignment surgery. Currently she can't breathe through her nose and is experiencing draining. Fixing her nose and having a smaller waist is her version of finalizing the Jessica Rabbit look. Dr. Nassif needs harvested rib bone to make her nose wider so she can breathe. Under the motto that beauty is pain she refuses the surgery. "The whole point of Jessica Rabbit is smaller, not bigger!"

Sara is the unluckiest woman in the world. A 195 pound dog bit her face and pulled out teeth and lip. Wanting to fix the scars, she agreed to go under a nose job but immediately knew it wasn't done well. Apparently the doctor was on crystal meth. Wow. After seeing a second surgeon, they found a tumor on her heart, growing out to her lungs, suffocating her internally (one of only 200 people diagnosed and the only survivor). In order to prevent more tumors she also had to have an emergency hysterectomy. In actuality she may be the luckiest. If she hadn't had the initial injuries they wouldn't have found the tumor. She's asking the doctors for help closing the negative past. Dr. Dubrow is doing her tummy tuck. Dr. Nassif is removing the silicon implant in her nose and placing harvested rib bone in instead, reconstructing her entire nose. However, her failure to follow post-op instructions has Dr. Nassif concerned that she will damage all of his hard work. Nonetheless, her results are great and she the happiest she's ever been.
