Laura is a breast cancer survivor, almost 10 years cancer free. The northern California native found a lump on her left breast and immediately after the lumpectomy was told it was cancer. Not willing to risk the cancer returning she had a double mastectomy. The reconstruction wasn't done correctly because the surgeon was a hand specialist, and her misshapen breasts are a constant reminder of the disease. Dr. Dubrow is willing to take on her surgery and suggests a 3-D tattoo to replace the areola rather than try and construct one. His plan is to make an incision in the middle of the breast to remove scar tissue. He'll then put in new implants and remove loose skin. Then he do liposuction to remove any tissue irregularities. He also contacted a tattoo artist that specializes in 3D nipple and areola tattoos. She is thrilled with both results and feels complete again.

Heather, Dr. Dubrow's wife, is visiting her husband under the guise of a patient. The growth on her hand that he had previously burned off, frozen off, and scraped off, has regrown. Instead of enjoying the fact that she makes a "Botched" joke, he explains that things that regrow so quickly may be alarming. However, he promises to book her in for a surgery quickly (apparently he's booked out over a year in advance!).

Tannaz and Golnaz are 10 months apart and had similar noses. Until they had matching rhinoplasties in high school. Tannaz had different nostrils so she got a second surgery. However, she still felt it was too wide so she went into a third surgery. Golnaz is having difficulty breathing. Both are asking Dr. Nassif for help. While he knows he can fix their botched surgeries, he's unsure if they'll be 100% pleased based on their high expectations. Dr. Nassif's plan is to do almost the exact same surgery for both sisters. He will harvest rib, fracture the nasal bone, build up the tip and add height to the nose. Ultimately they are both extremely pleased with the results and their family is, too.
