Janet (56) and Jane (35) are a mother and daughter duo from Manchester, England. Janet wants to look like her daughter, Jane. After her divorce she decided looking younger was her biggest goal because she no longer wished to remain single. Her first surgeries were done in Croatia and involved eyes, nose, botox, and fillers totaling around $35,000. Now she wants her teary eye fixed and a chin implant. The Doctors are concerned mostly about Janet wanting to look like her daughter, not at all concerned about her wanting to look younger. Dr. Nassif says her jaw line is tight and her eye skin is fine, so they are refusing her surgery.

Marla is 44 and has no boobs and is ready to look and feel like a woman again. Growing up she was jealous of her sisters breasts but never grew her own. After her first augmentation she decided that size B wasn't going to work so she asked for DD. A few years ago she fell so hard she ripped scar tissue and the doctor recommended she have her breasts removed to let the tissue heal. A year after she received a new set of implants and thats when the problems with holes and bacterias began. 8 months later her body had finally fought the infection. Now that she has no breasts, she considers her chest a "boner free zone". Dr. Dubrow isn't sure he can create pockets to get her skin to stretch enough for a full B, small C. However, there is a 30% of more complications, 6x higher risk than their normal cases. First Dr. Dubrow will lift and fill her breast pockets with expanders then fill the expanders with implants. He doesn't feel that anything less than huge will make Marla happy, but he is only putting in as big as stays safe... and that is 375 cc's. At her post-op appointment she is extremely disappointed. However, she has ended up so confident she has schedule sexy photo shoots for her husband and is in a good place for herself and her marriage.

Elmira had her first rhinoplasty done by her dentist. When she went in to have her wisdom teeth removed, her dentist explained that she had a deviated septum and he would take care of her nose, as well. Now she sees indents and asymmetry. Dr. Nassif calls it "beak-like". The plan is to put in more cartilage to support the nasal tip and fix the collapse to give her more of the Iranian look like she is requesting. During surgery Dr. Nassif finds that the dentist put cartilage in the nose in the wrong place. He has to discuss nostril decisions with her mother waiting in the waiting room but she is unwilling to answer any questions. He decides to make cartilage incisions in her ears to help her nostrils. Although her ears are in pain, she is thrilled she can breathe again. She looks great and the droopiness at the tip of her nose is completely gone.
