Marissa was doing PR for London bars and nightclubs when she met her husband. Now that the've put their expertise together they consider themselves restauranteurs. The duo have several restaurants already but Marissa wants one of her own. This time she's opening and American themes restaurant that will serve organic hot dogs, milkshakes and fries. I wonder if she'll have to change the name to chips so the Brits will know what they're ordering?

Julie has a new business. JUB (Julie's Unbelievable Balls). She feels this new business adventure will save her family's Mapperton Estate. Seeing Mapperton costs over 200,000 pounds per year for care, it's doubtful her yoga studio can come to the rescue. When she's not teaching yoga she's on her bike pedaling around London peddling her balls. Before she meets with her biggest investors, she meets with Caroline Stansbury to absorb some of her ruthlessness and confidence. What she receives is condescension yet constructive criticisms. Who knew you could be ruthless AND caring?

Julie gives Juliet a private yoga session and Juliet divulges her plan for a private club NYE party for the entire crew overlooking Piccadilly Circus. For whatever reason Julie gets overwhelmingly offended by Caroline Stansbury's joke about being a poor yoga teacher. In Stansburys defense it was funny watching Julie vs Caroline (royalty) headstands at a formal dinner party. Julie wins the cry-fest/drama award for 2014. Caroline Stansbury didn't have the best Christmas outcome for her gift business so perhaps she's putting some of that desperation onto her other LOLs. Her tongue lashings to seem to be light-hearted one moment and fearing the next. Luckily Annabelle is to the rescue to settle Julie down. Annabelle is the perfect person to release your emotions to because she's developing a children's book series based on her own emotions during childhood. Apparently she had visited over 20 child therapists by the time she was 8 years old. She probably knows a thing or two about deescalation.

To lighten the mood Caroline Stansbury brings animal onesies for the group to don after the NYE fireworks. Although one would think the scene had changed, the drama isn't over. Stansbury straddles Juliet's husband while in costume and horribly offends Juliet. Technically it was innocent, but Stansbury digs the knife deeper with her words as usual.
