In a seriously shocking eviction, Austin was completely blindsided leaving the Big Brother house. Reality Wanted has an exclusive interview with Austin, and he shares his thoughts on the eviction and his experience in the house.

You seemed in total shock when you walked out of the house - completely blindsided. What was going through your head at that moment?

Austin: Vanessa completely betrayed me. I knew it was a possibility because it's Big Brother, but her whole game was about playing with integrity and not betraying me since we made a final two deal on the second day. She swore to me on her family, her girlfriend, the LGBT community and the Bible and she'll have to deal with those consequences of making those pledges and going back on it. Then, I thought about Liz. I felt so bad that she would have to stay in that environment. Her heart is too good to play with people like this and I can't be there to protect her. That's the hardest part for me.

Reality Wanted: You made it no secret that you went into the house with a girlfriend on the outside. So what is it about Liz that turned this showmance into a relationship?

Austin: I don't know if I can express in words what it is about her. We developed a connection that was very powerful, that was pushed along by the intensity of the situation and both of us were powerless to fight it. I feel stronger about her than I have felt about anyone and wanting to come into this experience with an open heart, I could not deny the feelings I had, otherwise I would have regretted it.

Reality Wanted: What are your plans with Liz after finale night? Is "Liztin" in it for the long haul?

Austin: I absolutely am going to try to get her to move to Los Angeles and see where this can go when the cameras aren't around. We both definitely want to explore this relationship to its fullest extent.

Reality Wanted: How did your relationship change with Vanessa throughout the season?

Austin: Vanessa and I had a very tumultuous relationship. It went from being closest allies, to nearly betraying each other to what I thought was a reconciliation and a pledge to never betray each other. Ultimately, I was wrong about her and she proved to be a liar.

Reality Wanted: Vanessa's the reason you got evicted. In your opinion, was this the right move for her?

Austin: No. I think she made a critical error in her game by betraying me. In my opinion, her one chance to win this entire game was to go to final two, without betraying me. If I was sitting next to her, the jury would have had to decide between two people who had equal part in their evictions. If I went out at someone else's hand, I would have been in the jury fighting for her to win the game. Now, she has no one fighting for her.

Reality Wanted: What should be Liz's game plan for the rest of the season? Who should she target next and who should she be sitting next to in the final 2?

Austin: Target everybody, win everything and draw straws because as long as she wins competitions, she'll win the game.

Reality Wanted: Strategically, do you have any regrets on how you played the game?

Austin: My only regret is trusting Vanessa and doing her dirty work. Liz and I evicted Becky, Meg and James because we were loyal to her and it cost me the game.

Reality Wanted: As a Big Brother superfan, what was the highlight of the game for you? Why?

Austin: As a super fan, the highlight was competing in the OTEV veto and winning a veto being crowned by Mr. Pectacular in a tutu.

Reality Wanted will be at the live Big Brother finale next week. Please feel free to Tweet us any questions for the houseguests @RealityWanted and stay tuned for more exclusive interviews.
