He came into the house as part of Phil Koeghan's Big Brother Takeover. Now, just three weeks later, Jeff Weldon found himself in a one-on-one with Julie Chen. RealityWanted got the chance to talk miscalculations, the Liz/Austin romance and if Jackie will ever realize she's playing a game. Plus, see who Jeff calls a "snake in the grass and a terrible person inside the game."

How was your night last night?

Well you saw how it ended! Things could've gone a little bit better for me, but that's the game!

Well lets take it back to the beginning. You and Jackie were a twist coming into the game. As a player of both The Amazing Race and Big Brother, mentally what did you find more challenging?

Hands down Big Brother is a much more complex game and is much more challenging.

What was the hardest part of Big Brother for you?

The hardest part about Big Brother is figuring out who you can trust. This season, and this particular cast - none of the alliances would hold any water. You're damned if you do and you're damned if you don't. At the end of the day, you have to do your best and use your instincts, but it seemed like everyone was open to back stabbing one another.

You trusted Austin and Clay a lot in the house, definitely at the beginning and maybe not so much at the end. What was it about them that made you want to stick with them beginning?

Austin was more of a game strategy, I never actually trusted him. I wanted it to appear that way and I wanted him to think that way so he would back off of me. I knew he was a physical threat so I wanted to be on his good side. But in the back of my mind I always knew Austin was a snake and that's why I bad mouthed him and planted the seed with everyone to get him to go, as he heard numerous times.

Clay was a different story - I actually genuinely trusted Clay for the majority of the game. It wasn't until week two were I started to express concerns of trust with him. I started talking in diary room sessions about how I don't have a good gut instinct about him anymore, and now I see why.

One person you did have on your side the entire time was Jackie. We haven't really seen much from her in the game, Julie said it last night - we kind of saw her as a floater. What can we expect from her in the future of the game?

Honestly, going into it, it was our strategy to part ways and create and illusion that we weren't really that tight. I felt like I was pulling all my weight and she was pulling none. She could have done a much better job playing a social game. If she could have worked the people I wasn't working, we could have collaborated and done much better. That being said, she is a floater right now. She's not really playing the game, she's just kind of there. I don't know if it's going to change to be honest with you.

On the live feeds last night she said "I think i'm going to take a break for this week," so it was kind of funny (LOLZ)

And i'm sure everyone is hating her even more, they're like at least Jeff was entertaining.

Yeah I'd have to agree with that, especially with Liz/Julia. You flirted with her a lot, was that just strategy or were there some feelings involved?

It was a little bit of both. Liz and I, we just had good chemistry, and we started building a lot of trust toward the end, even more than I imagined. She gave me her vote even when psychopath Austin was breathing down her back.

Why do you think she did that? Was it just the relationship you formed, was it strategic? Do you think that relationship with Austin is not as strong as we may think?

I think what it came down - obviously there were twins. One of the twins completely confides in Austin, but the one I was building a relationship with kind of felt like she was forced and pressured to even have to deal with him. She doesn't even like him, it seemed like she cringed every time he tried to be cute with her and want to cuddle and sleep together. She just felt like she was forced into an awkward situation, and she even expressed that to me. I knew that I had to take the opportunity and get in with her, and bring her from team Austin to team Jeff.

Well you got a vote at least. You actually got a vote from a few other people - Steve, Johnny Mac, and Jackie, of course. Why do you think you weren't able to get votes from the other side of the house?

Because they're cowards. This cast has no mind of their own, they're so scared of going against whatever the popular vote is that they don't want to play the game hard. It's almost like everyone wants to float to the end.

We talked about Austin a little bit. On a strategic level, do you think he made a good move in evicting you?

I absolutely think he did make a good move in evicting me.

So lets say you were to win HOH, were you considering going after him so early in the game, or did you want to keep that trust and go after him later on?

After what transpired, he threw my name under the bus very early on in the game, and it built instant resentment towards him and it showed his character. But even more, the fact that he turned his back on his main boy James, and basically shunned him, was a huge red flag. So I knew he was a snake in the grass and a terrible person inside the game. I knew I couldn't trust him as far as I could throw him. He started basically dragging my name through the mud, I knew that if I got HOH Austin was leaving the house, and he knew it too.

You seem to have strong feelings towards Austin. Do you have any strong feelings towards anyone else in the house?

I am strongly against Audrey and her shenanigans. She's obviously a master manipulator in the house, she has a way with words with people and she likes to prey on the weak. Unfortunately, there were weak people in the game for her to prey on and manipulate and brainwash to think a certain way, and she knew that she couldn't do that with me so I was always a target in her game. She was always a target in mine as well. And then, of course, the emotional psychopath Vanessa, who for all types of reasons I couldn't stand.

How caught up are you with the house's strategic alliances?

The alliances - I wouldn't call them strategic. None of them hold water, it's a bunch of people who are willing to stab each other in the back. None of the alliances are real, and I knew that. It makes the game very interesting but it makes it sad to play.

Hypothetical - if you were to go back in the house for a takeover, what would you do to the house? These are the people that just voted you out, they can't keep alliances - what do you want to do to them as a takeover?

That's a really good question - I think something cool would be to bring my twin brother in, Eric, to basically cause a little bit of chaos in the house as far as... I don't know, I guess I can't answer that.

Big Brother didn't really work out for you - you lasted three weeks, which is a solid amount of time in the game. Knowing what you know now, if you were to go back to day one, what is one piece of advice you would give yourself?

Forget about Clay, forget about Shelli. Don't keep them close and build a solid relationship with the underdogs that are floating and pulling themselves through right now. I would put a little fire under them and really cause some chaos. Who I'm talking about is Johnny Mac, Steve, Meg, Jackie.

Honestly, you started it though, with the vote. When you were in the house there was that spark, it just didn't light. So out of all the people in the house - who do you think has the best shot of winning right now?

Honestly, I would love to see James win the game.

Do you think he is playing a strong enough game to last that long?

I don't think that he's playing that strong of a game. I think that James is highly likable and that's what's keeping him in the house. He keeps his mouth shut. I don't know if he will last to the end but I think he'll last far. As far as who I think might actually win, I think Steve might win the whole thing. Even some of the physical challenges, I was shocked at how well he did.

On the flip side of things, besides Austin, who do you want to see out next?

I would love to see Shelli exit the house.

Final question, you have the rest of the summer, do you have any plans?

I need to regroup. I had to quit my job to be on the show so I'm unemployed. I'm trying to get a job doing medical device sales and hopefully that goes well. I had a solid podcast going on Big Brother and I really enjoyed doing that maybe I should be a host for something.
