Here we are 7 days later and there's 11 out of 12 survivalists left in the badlands of Colombia. The four groups: All-girl group Rio Negro, El Bosque, all-guy group Roca Diablo, and Cano Verde. Rock Diablo has already lost one member and Rio Negro hasn't met up with their third member who is lost and struggling to survive alone. Each team will get a XLR which tracks their progress, skills and teamwork.

Cano Verde: Honora, Luke and Chris
We get a new, or rather familiar, view of Honora in Cano Verde. Weighing a risk/reward scenario Honora wants to climb a tree for food but partners Luke and Chris talk her out of it. This ultimately makes Honora feel like she isn't being taken seriously rather than understanding that her team is trying to keep her safe. But it sounds like the guys want her gone... they don't need her or her mangoes. The group prey is too allusive to catch and the fruit on the trees is too high to obtain. After three hours of exploring the water and traveling a mile down river, they're empty handed and exhausted from the heat. Honora passes out in the 107 degree sun (like she did in Brazil) and even though her partners know it's not a good situation, they don't move her to shade. The next morning Honora is on the defensive and putting words into her partners mouth. Chris eventually encourages Honora to tap out because of the constant complaining which triggers her to throw their tools into the river. Hissy fit much? At this point everyone needs Honora to tap out... how does she expect survival with no tools? Luke offers up a tender ear for Honora, using his wilderness therapy skills, explaining to her that what she did was not right. She isn't open to it and asks for the bow drill set. They agree to give her that when she fetches the knife. Not taking no for an answer she snatches it and runs towards the river... again. They are down to one item at this point. Honora Sabotage is her name and difficulty is her game. Once Chris dives down and finds a knife Honora stakes claim immediately. She really doesn't see how she could have handled things differently. She must just be here for ratings. Due to the animosities their XLR has plummeted to 6.6.

El Bosque: Shane Alana and Danielle.
Alana finds a large turtle but vows not to eat it. Danielle agrees with the decision not to feast on turtle soup but Shane is devastated. Having not eaten in 7 days Shane is understandably irritable. Around the camp fire that night he explains that he is playing peace keeper because he's "still the orphan who's mother told him they don't want him anymore". Sad story, Shane, but the girls can see right through you and your ploys for attention. Vowing to catch more game, Shane practices his bow and ends up ... Their XLR has fallen to 7.3.

Rio Negro: Dani, Eva and Laura
Dani is far south from her partners and the only survivalist on her own and she hasn't eaten since being dropped off 7 days ago. She knows there are others and goes off to find them. The rest of her team is unaware of Dani's presence. While making fish traps Eva and Laura hear rustling in the woods and finally find Dani and her mosquito net. Now that all members are together they're tools are, too. Together the mosquito net, the pot and fire kit are used to cook a minnow dinner, their first meal in a week. Only the equivalent of 10 raw almonds, Laura hand grabs a lizard... but it has worms. Dani opts out of the wormy lizard and trades her share for more fish. Working so well together and thriving their XLR is raised to 8.6.

Roca Diablo: Jeff and EJ
Extreme dehydration forced their third member, Hakim, to drop out on day 4. Out looking for water Jeff gets a black palm thorn in his finger, which could possibly lead to infection. Looking for 6 hours, Jeff and EJ are running out of options until they walk upon a flowing stream. Now that they have water they need protein. Using Jeff's fish hook they catch a decent dinner. Their XLR is at 7.1 after dropping due to Hakim tapping out but then finding food and water.
