Back in his hay day Jase would do just about anything for a few dollars, including getting "rid" of their unwanted pests. Today he is with Godwin, Uncle Si, Martin and Jep to take care of a golf course's nutria rat problem. But he isn't looking for money, he's looking for a trade. He'll take care of the nutria rats if he can take home a few frogs. Eating frog legs at work is exactly what these boys are all about and it brings about some pretty good brainstorming. In order to rid each estate of their pests the trade off will be hunting rights off of their property. Subdivisions need not apply. First customer, 'Lieutenant Dan'. The trade off? Crappy fishing at his private (stocked) lake. Uncle Si has a splendid idea about what to do with the nutria rat... sausage. He has a guy. Jalapeno cheese nutria rat sausage, heavy on the spices. Yummo! How in the world will they figure out who gets what? A dangerous, manly electric trike race. Winner takes all... of the rattle snake sausage.
Over at Willie's house the kids are being convicted to work at the Diner. John Luke isn't convinced it's for him. Since he's getting married this summer maybe he should consider employment... it's just a thought. Reluctant to agree, the kids find themselves at the restaurant training under Boss Hog. When the rest of the household stops by it appears the training hasn't quite worked as predicted. Rule number one in waiting tables: don't convince the customer they don't want an appetizer. Seriously, John Luke, you're here to make money. And to roll the silverware correctly.
