Dee from Las Vegas and has bowling ball boobs that weight about 30 pounds together. Growing up she was very insecure and wanted larger breasts. As a dancer and a single mom she felt she needed implants going from an A to a FFF (550cc's). Her second boob job was up to an H cup (1300cc's) because she felt bigger equalled more money. Her third procedure was expanders to eventually get her up to 3000cc's. She quickly rose to boob-fame with several magazine editorials. Right now one of her breasts is half deflated and she's not sure if anything is leaking into her body. Her son is in medical school and fears for her health. Dr. Dubrow calls her the most severe and high risk case of his career and isn't sure if he can help. Dee has been to several surgeons who say they can't help because even if they were removed, what do you do with the rest? But she is beyond desperate at this point. Dr. Dubrow feels a sense of responsibility to help her. Stage I is to take the implants out (without rupturing the silicone bag) and let her body rest. Stage II will be signaling her body that a lift is going to happen, so he will do a semi-lift to bring in the blood supply. His ultimate goal is to save her breasts, her nipples and her life. While bringing out one implant Dr. Dubrow finds a "fungus ball" inside the bag. If it had ruptured inside her body it would have caused a serious infection. Her immune system had used everything it had to fight off the implants. His new problem is making a breast out of no tissue and thin skin. His only option he may be able to give Dee is to remove her breasts if they don't respond over the next few weeks. Stage III is to put in new implants (D cups) and lift her breasts. He also has to cut off skin to encourage blood supply again. His new goal is to save her nipples. High five, Dr. Dubrow! His patient is ecstatic about her results. She has no more pain in her neck or back and can walk around without the stares.

Herbert is from the Philippines and idolizes the Man of Steel so naturally he wants to be the Man of Plastic. The first movie he saw was Superman II with Christopher Reeve and that's who he dreams of looking like. He had colored contact lenses (second hand) as well as started wearing makeup at 16. He hold the Guinness Book of World Records for the most Superman memorabilia for 2013, 2014 and 2015. Herbert has had 23 surgeries and procedures done. Three major procedures for abs but they are only temporary. He's now looking for permanent ab implants to complete his look. During his consultation Herbert divulges that in the Philippines you don't have to be a doctor to perform certain procedures like, MesoLipo (injection in deep layers of skin kill fat), glutathione (intravenous skin whitening). They are not tested anywhere in the world and are not accepted in the US. When the doctors ask if he works out, he says, "Why do I do this? You are here.". Hmmm. The doctors believe the risks outweigh the benefits and encourage a gym membership instead.

Griffin has a crooked nose. Growing up in Indiana he found himself in bad situations involving fist fights. After high school he joined the military and during training he and his friends went to a bar and got kicked out. After walking around for a bit he found another bar to go into, but instead got punched in the face for walking in... because it was the same bar. After relentless teasing he tried to smash the side of his face himself to straighten it, but of course that didn't help. After contacting several doctors only one would do the surgery. He now can't breathe out of one side and it wiggles as he talks. He just finished his second tour in the Middle East and now is the perfect time to take care of things. Dr. Nassif is concerned that the bones of a crooked nose can be manipulated only so much, Griffin's nose may turn itself after surgery. To reconstruct the nose Dr. Nassif will need tissue from his hairline and cartilage from his rib. In the end both Dr. Nassif and Griffin are thrilled with the results.
