Tania was Miss India 2011 but now people refer to her as 'pig nose'. Her mother pushed her into the pageant and modeling world during middle school and although Tania wasn't into it, it made her mother proud. When she moved to California she started dating someone who was very critical of her nose. They broke up the night before her surgery but she went through with it regardless. The moment she saw the finished product she hated it. Dr. Nassif wants to fix the bridge of her nose as well as widen the nostrils. Post operatively Tania was very emotional and worried about the results and isn't sure if she's happy. He reminds her that she is still swollen but the peek we get several weeks later is pure perfection.

Albert is missing his left pec. He always thought he was normal but when he started weight lifting he learned that one side of his chest wasn't growing like the other side. Albert was diagnosed with Poland Syndrome which is a genetic disorder and his Aunt referred him to a doctor in Mexico. When he woke from the surgery he immediately felt sick and his mother rushed him to the hospital as soon as they got back home. His doctor informed him that his body was rejecting whatever object was placed inside his chest. He just wants to look normal enough to enter fitness competitions. The problem is that he is very muscular and they may not have an implant symmetrical to the pec he currently has. He also has admitted to taking steroids. Dr. Dubrow will have to do two surgeries, the first being lipo on the right side, then two weeks later and implant on the left side to match. During the implant consultation Dr. Dubrow brings in Justin (previously seen on the show) as a "pec expert". During surgery Dr. Dubrow isn't sure if symmetry is even possible but Justin was so good helping make a mold for a custom implant that everyone is optimistic. Just to say "thank you" Albert invites Justin to the gym to show how happy he is with the results.

Aiyla participates in body modification where she places designs in her skin, called scarification (they trace onto the skin then take a scalpel, cut the skin and remove it). Now she has a large heart silicone implant on her chest... but that's not what bothers her. Aiyla would like the small scar to be removed so the focus can be on the implant. The doctors aren't really interested in encouraging her bad behaviors.
