Jana needs a bra for her butt. Being in the modeling industry, she decided to alter her body. She was pleased with her breast augmentation so she asked her surgeon to do her butt. Instead of paying the $5000 she decided to go to Tijuana. The original plan was for her to have liposuction to put into her butt, but she didn't have any fat to use so the doctor decided on implants. As Dr. Dubrow said, "Thank God she didn't go down for a chin implant". Once she realized that the doc put in 650cc's, she also realized butt augmentations don't come in cc's. After her surgery she also ended up with an infection. Because of her impulsive behavior, her family wants to attend all appointments with her so that she doesn't continue to make bad choices (Grandma thinks it looks like testicles). Since they aren't willing to put in another implant when these are removed, she will probably need a butt lift which means the tramp stamp will be replaced with a scar. Once inside they find a reactionary fluid from the implant where her body knows something's not right. But the deformed implants are out and the tattoo is gone.

Jordan is a filler addict. He has had his chin, both lips, both cheeks, smile lines, forehead, and botox around the nose. Jordan currently looks like an overdone lovechild of Kim Kardashian and Sam Smith, and has no plans on stopping. He wants the doctors to stop his lips from leaking before they become small again as well as do a rhinoplasty. Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow recognize that Jordan is suffering from shelties because of the size of his lips. "It's all fun and games until your lips fall off." There's nothing the doctors can do because if they do a nose job he won't be able to breathe out of his mouth and his lips will become drier.

Guillermo has man boobs at 46 years old. He's part of the Bone Thugs crew and saw the world touring. Because of his steroid use for over 20 years, he obtained gynecomastia (female breasts). After one corrective surgery he was left feeling and looking worse so he has stayed away from more surgeries. Dr. Dubrow's main concern is placing a scar on a man with his skin tone due to the obvious nature of the scar. But Guillermo doesn't care at all about the scars. Lucky for him Dr. Dubrow finds a way to cut the breast tissue without having a scar all the way across his chest. The reveal is fantastic, not a scar to be seen.
