Lauren Powers is a female bodybuilder who wants to look more feminine to attract a man. Not only does she want to fix her breasts, but her neck as well. She got strong to become a firefighter because she was being discriminated against for being female. She got her first breast reduction at 18, after suffering from large breasts during puberty and has since had 10 more surgeries. She's been taking human growth hormone for almost 15 years which reduced the amount of body fat and increased muscle. Because of the hormone she has grown bone over bone. Right before her surgery Lauren divulges that she has actually been on steroids so the anesthesiologist is concerned. To protect her body from going through steroid withdrawal the doctors have to give her steroids via IV. And since the steroids have thinned her skin, Dr. Terry has to use a pig skin mesh to assist the implants. The steroids have also caused no facial fat making Dr. Nassif's face lift more difficult. Although they did feminize her, they are still cautioning about her steroid use.
Katella Dash was born a male but knew she wanted to be a female when she was 4 years old. Now she is obsessed with looking like a blow-up doll. "I don't want to be natural at all. I want to look totally plastic." Her first surgery was a boob job, then eyes, nose, chin, lips, breasts again, and full sex reassignment. She wants her lips pushed out permanently and ribs removed for more curvature, and breast implants bigger. It takes her more than 4 hours a day to get ready, including hair, makeup and mirror pouts. During her consultation she can't stop juggling her breasts and pouting her lips at the doctors, rendering them unable to take her seriously. While explaining the dangers of making any more adjustments, Katella ignores the seriousness and believes they are just trying to scare her.
Barri was about 6 or 7 when her mother was working in the yard and turned around and hit her in the nose with her elbow. Over time they saw that there was scar tissue from the accident. At 20 she got her nose fixed. When the cast was taken off the hump was gone but as time went on her nostrils widened. Since there's not enough cartilage in her nose for Dr. Nassif to use so he'll need cartilage from her rib. At her post operative appointment he explained that he had to break her nose due to the difficulties. She's confident in her decision to have surgery and feels better than ever.
