Now that Ben and Jessa are back from their honeymoon it's time to fully decorate their home and move in. Even though they have several helpers moving furniture, they still have a lot to deal with. Jesse is leaving a home of 19 to a home of just her and her husband. Decisions have to be made, like what temperature should it be inside? You know, the big things. Also getting new decor is the girl's room at the Duggar home. Poor Jim Bob isn't ready for the girls to grow up so he's reluctant to let them paint over the trees and horses. Step one: get the boys to clear the room (it took less than two hours). Step two: tape the edges and start painting. Step three: move back in. Welcome to 2015, ladies.

Do you remember the first time you tried to cook? Maybe you forgot to take the cardboard off the bottom of the frozen pizza, maybe you put foil in the microwave... Jessa feels your pain. When trying to cook her first meal as a newlywed (and only for two people) she decides owners manual sounds enticing. Pro tip: check the oven before turning it on. The Duggars must be missing the anxiety gene because having cameras follow me around when I'm doing something new and it needs to be prompt would have caused panic.

Jill and Derek are visiting Josh and Anna in DC. Jill is 31 weeks along and Anna is 16 weeks so lots of pregnancy talk is in the schedule. Also penciled in is Derek's daddy practicing. Buckling car seats, not losing them in the grocery store, basically parenting for dummies. Hey, not everyone has been around small children their entire life. (With Jill and Anna's new babies there will be 29 Duggars.)

(A special announcement during the commercial break from Jill and Derek on how everyone can help Nepal from the devastating earthquake. TLC.com/HelpNepal. Nepal is close to their hearts because it's where they met in person for the first time and where Jill agreed to court Derek officially.)

Jim Bob and Michelle left for a meeting in Chicago leaving Grandma and Jana in charge at home when Josie suddenly suffered from a seizure. Scott, a crew member, was a few steps away filming some of the kids and helped aid Josie. When the paramedics arrived they immediately gave her oxygen and took her to the hospital. She has had about 3 seizures before, and it's commonplace that if she runs a fever she gets febrile seizures. Once the fever was under control it was safe for her to return home.
