Quentin Alexander the fashion idol of the season was the most recently eliminated American Idol that we got to catch up with. Personally we think that whole Harry Connick Jr thing was blown way out of proportion..just for the drama of it and after interviewing Quentin it's totally confirmed! He was a well spoken pleasant person to interview and wasn't meaning anything negative about the show at all when he made the comment. We only asked him one question on it and it really speaks for itself.

Reality Wanted: Do you think your heated exchange with Harry Connick Jr played any roll in your bottom 2 placement or even your elimination this week? Any regrets?

A. It definitely could have played a role but I don't really know that and I'm never really going to know. Either way I'm still proud of the way that things happened you know, I wouldn't change that moment with Harry and I for anything because it was a real genuine moment and for me to change it would be me change my journey overall, I think things happens for a reason and I'm all about timing and it happened. Maybe It wasn't time for me to be on tour or stay on the show there's maybe another path that I need to take first for that happened. I'm just excited and I'm glad that I came as far as I did. And to go out on a note like that I'm fine with.

Reality Wanted: What's next? Where do you see yourself in music?

A. I'm going to be focused on my personal things I have a couple of projects that I was working on before and that is a short films that I'm working on that incorporate my music as well as fashion that I've created, I'm really excited to introduce that to everyone so you get to see first hand to see what type of artist I want to be.

Reality Wanted: What type of artist does Quentin want to be?

A. The type of artist I want to be one that touches on all of the senses. A concert of mine would be just as appealing visually as it is musically. I think ultimately that's the best way to approach it, at least for me because I feel that that way there is something that people can take from. If you put out enough branches people can take what they want and be happy, someone may not like what I do or someone else does vocally but they love visually and vise versa. I'm excited for you guys to see that package when it does come out.

Reality Wanted: What type of album do you see yourself making?

A. The overall vibe of the album would be a really cool bluesy, soulful, rock album with hints of modern music. I think it would really cool to mesh with the old classic flavor with the new.

Reality Wanted: Mother's day is coming up, what's your relationship with her?

A. My mom is my #1 supporter! She's always been there. She's got this big big big support for me, the thing I love about her is that she supports me no matter what I decide to do. I've changed what I wanted to do in my life so much, I wanted to be a paleontologist at one point in my life and she stood there and she supported it and then I wanted to be a chef and she stood there and supported it. She's there for me to fall back on if I need to. The best thing about this is that she got to experience this with me. I feel that I can even say that my mom was more happy then anyone else was even more then I was because she got a chance to see her baby boy do what he's been talking about doing for so long. I'm so grateful that American Idol gave me that opportunity to share that moment with her.

Reality Wanted: Finale coming up at the Dolby, are you excited about that?

A. I am extremely excited for that we go into it looking forward to that big ending. I'm excited to see who's there at the finish line because we've built such a strong bond that it's like a family. I'm going to proud of whoever it is. It's going to be exciting!

Reality Wanted: Who would you like to preform with at the finale if you?

A. Lenny Kravitz or someone like Erica Badu, Lorde, really Annie Lennox "I Put a Spell on You" I would LOVE to share that moment with her because she's such a monster with that song.

Well that's it for Quentin Alexander for now but since he hopes to have out some clothes, short films, music, and art, we're sure that even the finale wont be the last of him. He's so driven, focused and just ready for all of this.

American Idol airs Wednesday nights on FOX! Looking forward to next week were we'll hear from American Idol's 5th place contestant.
