Nicole Eggert is a from you may remember most from her roles on Charles IN Charge and Baywatch. She's looking for smaller breasts since her last surgeon put in implants she considers too big. She has had five surgeries on her breasts to date but only liked one set. Dr. Terry was a previous surgeon of hers and wanted to do a lift, but she elected to just do another implant. Well, now she's back. Unfortunately she wants to go as low as a B and this concerns Terry because she's not the body type to go that small. The results are exactly what Nicole was searching for. Now she feels that the start to being healthier has begun.

Katina has what she calls an "alien belly" and no belly button. Just out of high school she got pregnant and gained a lot of weight. In her thirties she had chest pains but never found the cause. After that she lost weight from diet and exercise. She lost 100 pounds but had excessive skin sagging. To reward herself she got surgery. About three days after the surgery her skin starting turning purple and black which ended up being a flesh eating disease. She went over a year and a half having open wounds. "I'm not looking for perfection I just want to be normal." Terry says, "it's like a zombie has been eating her" and considers it his most difficult case. During surgery he comes across a big bag of milky substance that seriously concerns him. After calling in a nurse he realizes it's belly button cheese. After removing it he finds remnants of her old belly button. She's now able to wear a bikini again because her stomach is flat and smooth with a cute little belly button once again.

Rodrigo is a Brazilian who has had a lot of work done. He wants to remain ageless. He's an international flight attendant who enjoys the lavish lifestyle. When he moved to England at 20 he decided to start his surgery journey. He has had three nose jobs, cheek fillers, jaw line reconstruction, chin fillers and cheeks, stem cell hair growth treatment, lips, silicon chest implants, four liposuctions, and calf reshaping. Nearly $200,000 spent and he wants another rhinoplasty. He's unhappy with the bridge of his nose and wants it to look more delicate. To get the cartilage for his nose he needs to remove some from a rib. Since he's not willing to scar his perfectly sculpted abdomen he elects to wait on the rhinoplasty.
