Last night on KUWTK, Scott's income came into question for the first time in the show's history!
Seriously, I've always wondered how Scott makes his money and I've questioned it many times on this very website. It's clear that his parents are wealthy, but Scott does appear to have multiple business ventures, but short of his restaurant, I'm never really clear on what they actually are. Most reality TV stars loudly launch businesses with their name front and center because it generates revenue, but Scott's ventures are always very quiet, borderline shady.
First, Khloe found a stack of like 20 license plates that Scott had. She rightfully thought that was odd, because why would someone ever have that many license plates unless they had the cars to back it up? Shady clue number one! Then Kris was in the car with Kourt and Scott and she overheard him authorizing a wire transfer between his accounts in the amount of 100 gs! Kourtney barely battled an eye lash and certainly didn't care enough to question Scott about what he was doing, but Kris sure wanted to know!
Then a delivery of like four cars brand new cars mistakenly came to their home instead of "the store". At that point I wasn't sure what store Scott was referring to, but he sure looked flustered at the mistake. I think this is the point where Kourt finally got suspicious and seemed to want to know what he was doing. She finally confronted him after Kris "stumbled upon" an online listing of a business called Calabasas Luxury Motor Cars that had Scott listed as the president. A business she knew nothing about.
Khloe and Kris were convinced that Scott was dealing with stolen cars because how else would he make a profit, they questioned? Well duh, that would mean every dealership in the world somehow stole their cars! Silly rabbits! Anyways, when confronted, Scott reminded Kourtney that weren't the type of boring couple that shares their work details with each other all day long, and he refused to tell her about the business, but he did assure her that's its perfectly legal. Phew!
Next week Kim goes through a health and fertility crisis that threatens her ability to produce a sibling for North! Stay tuned!
