A few months back, the celebrity and gossip blogs reported that some kind of altercation had occurred between Phaedra and Apollo before he went to prison, and on last night's episode of RHOA, we got to see firsthand what happened between them. 

It was finally time for Apollo to report to prison and he found out a bit of disturbing news right before he went to serve his time. Or so he says he did anyway. Apollo claimed that Phaedra was having an affair and that he had the text messages to prove it. On an outing with Peter, he showed him the exchanges between Phaedra and her supposed lover, an African man by the name of Chocolate. The messages included things like Phaedra counting down the days until Apollo left, saying that she would be "off the plantation" soon, even exchanging I love yous! Peter was in disbelief, and of course he went right home and told Cynthia was Apollo told him. 

I really think that Apollo was overreacting about the entire situation. It's been clear for a while that their marriage is basically non-existent and he even told her he wanted a divorce! Phaedra commented several times about his extended absences from their home and even said at one point that he basically wasn't living there. So what if she has a man named Chocolate? Their marriage is over and he's going away for 8 years!! 

Nonetheless, that didn't stop Apollo from getting upset, trashing Phaedra's good name, and going on a violent, threatening rant. The night before Apollo was supposed to report to prison, he came over and spent time with the kids. He scared the crap out of Ayden, telling him far to many details than appropriate for a small child and said goodbye. Then for some reason, he popped up the next day when he was already supposed to be on his way to the pen. He was enraged to find Phaedra changing the locks and the garage entry devices and started running around the house like a mad man. He threatened Phaedra with a power drill and raged about her locking him out of his own house. She called his friend Bun who was eventually able to get him to to leave the house and go to prison where he belongs. 

Next week, it appears that Cynthia spills the beans to Kenya about Phaedra's affair. Kenya has been called a whore so many times by Phaedra that she does exactly what anyone would do - gloats and rubs her  cheating face in it! Stay tuned for the drama and to see what Phaedra's next moves are.
