It was the last night of the battle rounds and in the words of Carson, it was "go big or go home." Contestants were giving it their all, trying to secure their place. Here's how they stacked up:

Brittany Butler & Ricky Manning - Team Pharrell
Pharrell gave them George Benson's "On Broadway" which seemed to be more of a better feel for Brittany because she has a Jazzy influence. Luckily Ricky was able to draw some connection from the song and become just as passionate as Brittany. They did an amazing performance, seriously on of the best of the battles and an impossible decision for Pharrell. He chose Ricky as the winner and Brittany got really emotional on stage and no one stole her.

Kensington & Reagan James
Kensington became the first contestant in Voice history not to be able to make it to a rehearsal for the battle rounds. Luckily she felt well enough to come to the next rehearsal and fell right back in step with Kensington. They did a great job, putting a twist on Lorde's "Team" and rocking the stage. Blake chose Reagan as the winner.

Beth Spangler & Mia Pffirman
Adam paired his two powerhouses together to see who would make the final cut, but he may have bit off more than he could chew. It was difficult to reign in two divas who just wanted to belt out and show what they could do. Stevie Nicks had to remind them "don't try to be Christina Aguilera, because you can't" - very good advice. Adam and Stevie got them to tone down while singing "I Turn To You" and produced a really great performance. Adam had to make a tough choice, and he picked Mia. She really did a good job, but it was hard to watch Beth almost walk off the stage because she had some really great moments during the performance as well. Luckily, Gwen snapped her up at the last minute, so we'll be seeing more of her as well!

Next week the knockout rounds begin and the contestants have the chance to pick their own songs and perform alone on stage for the first time since the blinds. Stay tuned!

The Voice airs Mondays and Tuesdays at 8pm EST on NBC.
