It's a good day for Real Housewife of Orange County, Tamra Judge, as the court has ruled in her favor in the custody dispute of her three children, Sydney, Spencer and Sophia, with ex-husband, Simon Barney. It became a vicious battle between the exes with nasty allegations against Tamra.

Simon had accused Tamra of parental neglect and favoring her tv career over the well-being of the children. In this case, it's a victory for Tamra! The drama of this custody battle has played out in the public, but has been extremely difficult for Tamera personally as we saw her sobbing in last season of Real Housewives of Orange County when her oldest son, Ryan, was moving away and getting married. She simply couldn't take the removal of another child in her every day life.

Simon's custody case against Tamra was dismissed by the judge for lack of evidence. Tamra wrote with elation on Twitter, "Thank you to everyone that supported me and knew All his allegations were false. The truth always comes out.  I'm so happy! Thank you Jesus."

She added a celebratory tweet, "If Twitter was a bar. I would say "drinks on me". Let's have a virtual toast to celebrate! Give me your best toast."
