Kim's life just keeps on moving! On this episode of Don't Be Tardy, Kim prepared to get her body freshened up a bit.

After giving birth to twins, Kim wanted to get her body back - permanently since she won't be having any more babies. She and Kroy made a visit to her plastic surgeon so that she could get nipped and tucked while having hernia surgery. Kim and Kroy's philosophy was, if Kim's join' under anyway, why not have her wake up with a new set of tits?

Even though they both thought this way, Kim still doubted whether or not she should have elective surgery and whether or not she was being selfish by taking the risk when she has six children who need her. Uh, yea just a little selfish Kim. Like she said, Kanye West's mom died when she was having a tummy tuck and boob job. Is it really worth it? Her kids don't seem to think so. Ariana said, 'I think you're perfect the way you are, and you already have a husband that loves you". Brielle chimed in and attested to the beauty and texture of her current boobs/implants. Despite the sweet testimonies from her girls, Kim and Kroy boarded a plane to Miami to get her boobies updated.

As soon as they reached her doctor's office, Kim lost it because she was scared. Luckily she had Kroy to reassure her and everything turned out just fine. She and Kroy checked into a recovery suite for a few days and he took care of her as if she was recovering from a serious illness or non-elective surgery. Such a good husband!

While they were away, KJ was acting a fool because he missed his dad, but other than that everything was pretty much intact when they came home. On the season finale of Don't Be Tardy, Kim throws Kroy a birthday party for Kroy! Stay tuned!

Don't Be Tardy airs Thursdays on Bravo at 9/8c.
