Frankie Grande became the latest houseguest evicted from the Big Brother. After pushing the gold button that sent the game back a week, the YouTube personality failed to win competitions that would have secured his safety. He came in the house livin' la vida Grande and never looked back. Love him or hate him, he always bought the entertainment. Frankie tells RealityWanted about his elimination thoughts, who he would have taken to F2 and who he just can't wait to see!
The Detonators sent you home, Frankie! What's going through your head right now?
Is the Detonators really still a thing? Is the bomb squad? Ultimately I believe the only two people I really had in this game were Derrick (because of Team America) and Caleb (because of our first week in the HOH room together). I had discounted our alliances long ago but yes, it does sting a bit to be evicted by the two people I trusted most.
You have been dominating competitions all season. When you lost the HOH as a part of the BB Rewind twist, at that moment did you think you were in any trouble?
I actually didn't because I was confident in my abilities to win the veto...oops. I also believed with all of my heart that Caleb would keep me safe for the week...double oops.
Are you shocked that Derrick, as your fellow Team America member, didn't vote to save you?
I'm not shocked at all. After he told me he would not vote to keep Donny even after I flipped Caleb, I knew that I would be next if Derrick was ever given the opportunity.
What were your hopes for Team America? Do you think having a secret alliance benefitted your game or hurt it?
Ultimately, I believe it was 100% detrimental. I trusted Derrick more than I should have and I spent most of my game protecting Donny rather than looking out for myself.
You seemed to have Caleb in your back pocket and he was loyal to you. If you had remained in the game, would you have taken him to F2?
No, I would have taken Derrick. I meant it when I said that my loyalty to Team America would trump any alliances I had made prior to being a member of TA and would have honored that.
What do you think was your best game move? Worst?
My best game move was winning as many competitions as I did and my worst game move was winning as many competitions as I did. But as my target grew larger, I knew that I had no other option than to keep winning and sure enough, the first time I lost, I went home.
Who do you think is in the best position right now? Why?
I believe Derrick is in the best position because he's convinced everyone there's no way he could win this game which couldn't be further than the truth. Everyone wants to take him to the Final 2.
Who are you most looking forward to see in jury? Why?
Zach!! I love and miss him so much. Every day without him in the house has been a hardship. He brought me joy and while I think he was bad for my game, he was good for my soul.
In three words, sum up your Big Brother experience.
Big, hard, long.
What's next for Frankie Grande after Big Brother?
Hopefully, world domination! Seriously though, I would love to continue blowing up my youtube page and touring with my one-man show, Livin' La Vida Grande. Also, I'd love to go back to Broadway sometime soon and co-host with Julie Chen on The Talk.
