Today, CBS has shared the 18 castaways who will be competing on Survivor Season 29. The Emmy Award-winner, Jeff Probst, will return as host of the show in the special hour and a half season premiere on Wednesday, September 24^th.

 

According to CBS, "The 'Blood vs. Water' theme returns as all-new castaways compete with - and ultimately against - their loved ones who share the same goal: to outwit, outplay, outlast and ultimately be crowned the Sole Survivor and winner of the $1 million dollar prize."

 

Exile Island returns to Survivor this season, and every week one duo will face off in a battle where the loser will be sent to isolation on Exile Island.

 

Here's a look at the 18 castaways (nine duos) who will compete on Survivor Season 29.

 

Brothers: Drew Christy, 25, and Alec Christy, 22, of Winter Park, Florida.

 

Married Couple: Jeremy Collins, 36 and wife Val Collins 35, of Foxboro, Massachusetts.

 

Dating Couple: Reed Kelly, 31 and Josh Canfield, 32 of New York, New York.

 

College Sweethearts: Jon Misch, 26 from Waterford, MI, and Jaclyn Schultz, 25, of Las Vegas, Nevada.

 

Dating Couple: John Rocker, 39, and Julie McGee, 34 of Altanta, GA

 

Sisters: Natalie, 28, and Nadiya Anderson, 28 who also competed on seasons 21 and 24 of The Amazing Race

 

Father and Son: Keith Nale, 53 and Wes, 23 from Shreveport, Louisiana.

 

Mother and Daughter: Missy Payne, 47 from Dallas, Texas, and Baylor Wilson, 20 from Nashville, Tennessee.

 

Father and Daughter: Dale Wentworth, 55 from Ephrata, Washington and Kelley Wentworth, 28 from Seattle, Washington.

 

Survivor Season 29 will premiere September 24 on CBS at 8PM EST
