Two-time Dancing with the Stars champion, Julianne Hough, is returning to the ballroom, but she's a new addition to the judging panel. Hough returns to DWTS as a fourth judge alongside resident judges, Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba, and Bruno Tonioli.

Julianne's talents are impressive and extensive. Since Julianne departed Dancing with the Stars as a professional, she has appeared in movies, created a country album, and she's also an Emmy-nominated choreographer (and so is her brother, Derek).

Last season, Julianne appeared on the show as a guest judge, and now she'll be holding the fourth judge's seat permanently this season.  According to ABC, Julianne said, "I'm so excited to be back with my "Dancing with the Stars" family again on a regular basis. I've always aspired to be an all-around entertainer, whether I'm acting, dancing or singing, and I'm thrilled for this opportunity that will allow me to continue all of those pursuits."

ABC has already announced the 12 dancers on this coming season's Pro Staff, and will announce the new cast of 12 celebrities competing for the mirrorball trophy September 4^th on Good Morning America.
