Unfortunately, Amber's b*tch of a husband Jim didn't get his face smashed in by Joe Gorga, even though he deserved to. It wasn't because Joe didn't want to hit him, nor was it because Melissa screamed at him and demanded that he "get back in the house", but because Jim threatened to have him arrested. He was still considering bashing Jim's face in, but Rino pulled him away reminding him that they don't deal with snitches. 

"I'm trained as an attorney. If I want to hurt you, I'm going to sue you. I'm going to leverage your house. I'm gonna give you three years of hell in a courtroom. I'm going to bleed you financially, and I'm going to humiliate you by deposing you for eight hours and make you my bitch" - Jim. 

I'll tell you why I can't stand Jim. It's not because he's a little mousy dude that doesn't want to get his face bashed in by meaty Joe Gorga - that's understandable. It's because he  wants to say rude rude things to people and not pay the consequences! He acts like he doesn't want any trouble, but then insults everyone, and then threatens to call the law when they get angry. He's a real b*tch, that one. You picked a real winner, Amber. 

Because insulting Joe was't enough, Jim also proved that he wasn't above talking down to women! When Teresa asked Jim why he didn't want to hang out with her husband and brother, he immediately started talking to Teresa like she was two years old. "I process mortgage fraud for a living, I want you to think about that," Jim said. When Teresa or Dina didn't immediately know what he meant, he sneered and said,"Jesus Christ, does anyone here have an IQ above 12?' What a rude and arrogant f*ck! 

After the Marcheses were done insulting the people they didn't like, they continued the parade with their friend Bobby. Still on her high horse, Amber told Bobby that she was "disappointed in him" and refused to take any responsibility for what happened, even when Bobby reminded her that she started the entire situation by gossiping about Nicole to Melissa. Douchebag 1&2 decided they were done being friends with Bobby and lucky for him because Nicole said if he EVA talks to Amber again, they're through! 

Melissa is still trying to play the innocent card here as well, telling Amber that she should have never told her anything. That might be true, but she shouldn't have repeated it. It's clear that these two women are no longer friends, and all the other housewives now hate Amber and her husband. What will Amber do? 

Next week it looks like she has a real conversation with Nicole about her accusations this time - no hair pulling. I hope we find out who this mysterious family is that Nicole allegedly wrecked - you know all rumors come from somewhere. Stay tuned!
