Seriously, pretty soon they're going to have to start calling this show "Don't be Tardy For Your Period." Kim realized that it had been more than 7 weeks since she gave birth to the twins and hadn't gotten her period. For her other four kids, she bled like clockwork, and she just didn't feel right, so she started to suspect she might be pregnant again. 

Ok first of all, how much do Kim and Kroy have sex????? If I had just given birth to twins, I wouldn't let my husband near me for a good long while! Apparently Kim doesn't feel the same way. She and Kroy did the walk of shame to her doctor's office for an ultrasound and thankfully, she wasn't pregnant just pre-menstrual. 

Finally, Kim realized that they needed to use some form of birth control - ASAP. Rather than go the traditional route and take some pills, Kim made Kroy get his balls snipped. When he balked (who wants to have surgery?) Kim reminded him that she's given birth to four of his children in 3 years. There was no way for him to argue with that, so off to the doctor's to get snipped he went! 

Unfortunately, Kim actually got her first period since giving birth right as Kroy was recovering, leaving her poor staff to take care of the both of them. That's a whole lot of reproductive area pain! 

So in short, what we learned on this episode of Don't Be Tardy is that short of some bizarre complication with Kroy's surgery, Kim Zolciak won't be reproducing anymore. Thank God - I don't think the world could handle any more of her offspring.
