It's a new week in the Big Brother house and that means two new Head of Households. When we last left the houseguests, Nicole and Derrick were the newly crowned HOHs.

 

We get a flashback to Devin literally telling everyone he can about the Bomb Squad. Poor guy. He thinks that if he exposes it, people will want to align with him. Not a chance, Devin. Not a chance.

 

It's clear that Derrick's plan this week is to get Devin out of this house through the way of the backdoor. The plan is no secret to Devin. He's aware of what he's up against this week. Derrick and Nicole, as the two HOHs, have to talk game and nominations. They come up with a pretty genius plan: to nominate Caleb and Amber on different sides so that Caleb will go and save his queen. Caleb's game is being seriously hurt by his Amber obsession. He literally does everything with Amber in mind...she doesn't even like you, bro.

 

Obviously, Caleb is down with the plan and Derrick didn't have to use too much of his magic. Caleb will throw the BOTB so that Amber will be safe. And everyone is just fine with this, including Amber. Nicole, who seems to be scared about anything she does as HOH, talks with Donny about what she should do. Donny made the mistake of asking Nicole about Christine. I say mistake because Nicole and Christine are close and no matter how much Christine literally shows her alliance cards to Nicole, Nicole won't act on it because that's all she's got.

 

Donny's second mistake? Telling Jocasta and Brittany about the plan with Caleb because Amber heard and ran right up to HOH to tell Nicole. Nicole starts having a mini freak out. All of sudden, Nicole thinks Donny is running his mouth.

 

Nomination time! Nicole picks to go first.

 

Nicole nominates:

• Amber
• Donny

Derrick nominates:

• Jocasta
• Caleb

Poor Donny is just confused considering that Nicole had just asked him for advice this morning. But it's done and Nicole realizes that she just made a bad decision.

 

Battle of the Block and it's all wizardry in this Big Brother competition. The houseguests look hilarious. I recommend looking up Caleb in his Harry Potter-esque outfit...I promise you'll laugh. In this competition, one person has to grab a puzzle piece while the other is going up and down on a rope to put the puzzle together. First one to complete the puzzle wins. Donny and Amber win, meaning Nicole is dethroned and Jocasta and Caleb stay on the block.

 

Let's give a little Team America update. Originally, I was looking forward to this twist but now it's just causing some seriously unnecessary problems. Team America's first mission is to get three houseguests to spread a rumor that one houseguest is related to a former houseguest. Why? I don't know. My head hurts. It's adding paranoia to a house that is overflowing with it. They decide to say Paola told them before she left that Zach is Amanda's cousin. Yes, that Amanda from last season. It's dangerous to all of their games and will probably backfire. And by probably, I mean it will.
