Last week's drama between Todd and Mama Joyce had Todd questioning if he really wanted to marry Kandi or not for the zillionth time - and this week, more draw unfolded! 

After firing Carmon as her personal assistant and wedding planner, Kandi's  other best friend was more than happy to step in to fill the void. Kandi revealed that although she had been friends with the two women all her life, they weren't independently friends and only tolerated each other for her sake. 

Tan seemed to be on the ball with the wedding planning, insisting that Kandi only have the best of the best for her wedding, which is what Carmon should have been doing while she was working for Kandi. Speaking of Carmon, it seems that since she's was fired, all of a sudden she has an interest in the wedding planning process. Either she came to her senses, she's trying to get her job back, or she didn't want to be one-upped by Tan. Either way, it damn sure wasn't out of the goodness of her heart. 

The two BFF's clearly despised each other, and things came to a head around the dinner table. Carmon made a comment regarding Mama Joyce and Tan used this opportunity to let her know that she felt the scuffle between Mama Joyce and Carmon was inappropriate. 

She told her that even though Joyce is off this chain, she should have relayed her feelings to Kandi and let Kandi deal with her mom. After getting to know the two ladies, it's clear why they don't get along. Tan is the prissy, do the right thing friend and Carmon is the get tipsy, get all in your face friend. Carmon may have been able to deal with Tan taking her place as wedding planner, but she sure didn't appreciate her opinion on the matter. She hit her with the "bye Felicia" and that was the end of that!

Of course, the BFF debacle wasn't the only drama of the night because Mama Tucker arrived in town! Wanting to spend some time with her son and future daughter in law before their nuptials, she took up residence at their house, and of course Mama Joyce didn't like that one bit. Over dinner, she made some kind of snide remark about not being able to sleep at her own daughter's house because of their house guest. Kandi reminded her that she never sleeps over her house and told her that it seemed that she only wanted to because Todd's mother was there. 

Ms. Tucker let it be known that she can stay with her son whenever and wherever she damn well pleases and then used the situation as an opportunity to confront Joyce about all of her Todd bashing. Of course Joyce grew indignant, Mama Tucker proceeded to call her a b***, and all h*** almost broke loose. Luckily things calmed down, Mama Tucker apologized and they put it behind them, but why do I feel like the drama between them is far from over? Stay tuned for next week!
