So since the last episode, I've been trying to wrap my head around the fact that George is engaged to a 25 year old black woman. This episode, we got to get to know a little bit more about Cody. 

It's always been obvious that George likes younger women, but 25? Good lord! Aviva wanted to get to know her father's fiancé better so she invited her over to Sonja's garden. When your older wealthy father is marrying a 25 year old, of course your first thought is that she's marrying him for the money. It turns out that Cody is wealthy in her own right and she owns a very successful chain of nail salons in Miami. As far as what she seems in George, his high sex drive is definitely a factor. 

Everyone was getting to know and love Cody and it was all good until she met Ramona. Leave it to the Singer to mess things up. Aviva threw Cody and George an engagement party at a sex museum (how fitting for George's libido), and for some reason Ramona was in attendance. If you recall, their last encounter was when George was being thrown out of Ramona's charity event, so their relationship isn't exactly peaches and cream. 

Sonja told Ramona several times not to mention parents when Cody came to the party because both of her parents were deceased, and her mother had passed away recently. So what does Ramona do? After interrogating Cody about why she wanted to be with George and whether or not it was for money and power, she says "so you don't have parents, right?". How rude!! 

To Cody's credit, she asked for a bathroom to go shed some tears, but she didn't clock Ramona like I would have done. Ramona fled the party as soon as she realized she made Cody cry, the typical Ramona behavior. George wasn't so forgiving and called Ramona a b*tch and said she was going to be f*cked by a dog. Later when he ran into Ramona at Aviva's he even called her a racist! 

Whew! While it seemed like an unlikely match at first, I like Cody and hope to see more of her on the show!
