19 Kids and Counting: Another Duggar?

Tonight we see Jim Bob and Michelle go to an appointment with a high-risk pregnancy doctor to discuss having further children. After their last born, Michelle suffered a miscarriage midway through her pregnancy and now they are curious to if she is healthy enough to carry another child. They are open to more children, but also understand that at the age of 48, her child bearing years may be behind her. I think it's time to enjoy the grandkids, Duggar family. This is the longest period of time without a pregnancy in 27 years for Michelle.

Speaking of grandchildren, maybe Jessa will marry her courting partner, Ben, and give Jim Bob and Michelle more grandkids to ease their baby pain. But for now, Jessa and Ben require a chaperone during their "private" time together. A chaperone's purpose is to have accountability and maintain a standard the couple has set for themselves. Tonight Jessa will go to Hot Springs, AR to learn how to make Ben's favorite meal from his sisters. So not only will his two sisters be chaperoning, but so will Jessa's sister. So basically private time with the Duggars is like private time with a toddler... non-existent. By the way, a typical Duggar meal is four times the size of the meal Jessa made for Ben.

After their visit they take a trip, along with Jinger, to DC to visit with Josh and his wife Anna and their children. In typical big-brother style Josh interrogates Ben but it seems that Ben passes the test and the courtship is approved by another Duggar.

Jill and Jana meanwhile are at a birthing center participating in a live birth. Jill is studying to be a mid-wife and is under supervision but has been a part of more than 30 primary births. Jana is studying to be a doula and is assisting the births.

Next time we will see the other Duggar courtship unfold in Arkansas and outside of Nepal.
