In a new episode airing in a special new time, the teams are making-over two rustic, 100 year old cabins in Big Bear, CA. Team Blue, with site manager Darren, has the challenge of making their cabin wheelchair accessible while Team Red, with site manager Dann, has the large issue of ridding their cabin of the rodents, both dead and alive. Will this week have helicopter managers who hover or can they let their team members express themselves freely?

While the Blue Team finds their inspiration in re-purposed items straight from nature, the Red Team keeps their focus on color and flare with intent to modernize. Only one can be an effective way of keeping the cabin in the woods aesthetic. And might I add, painting the exterior of a cabin guacamole green does not say "cabin in the woods". In all honesty, there's not a lot about either cabin that screams "rustic". Both teams are disappointing but perhaps these designers have never been to the woods before in their lives? The good news is the value of each cabin has increased by approximately $100,000, according to Zillow.com. Don't forget that you can check out these renovations yourself on their  Pinterest - Cabin Re-Designs

The Big Bear neighborhood counsel votes Team Red as the winners so tonight we say goodbye to a member of the Blue Team. Alas, Andrew just couldn't deliver, more than likely due to his lack of vigor and drive over the course of the competition. However, host/judge Nate promises some new twists and turns for us on next Sunday's episode!
