Mama Joyce apologized to Kandi and Todd, so Kandi thought they could start fresh. Excited, she started looking at wedding books and dresses and even thought it was a good idea to invite both Carmon and Mama Joyce. She was sadly mistaken. While she was in the dressing room trying on her lace and tulle, her mother started talking about her dislike for Todd in front of everyone. When Carmon reacted, Joyce went in on her, trying to make her leave and again insinuating that she was sleeping with Todd. 

When Kandi realized what was going on, her mother and the other old ladies tried to make it seem like Carmon started with Joyce first, when of course it was the other way around. Carmon tried to tell her the truth, but Kandi just brushed it off and tried to assess the situation without putting the blame on her mother. She expects everyone to just ignore her mother's crazy behavior, but how can Todd and Carmon ignore that she's been spreading rumors about them? Instead of taking her shoes off and threatening to throw them at people, she should take all that money Kandi gives her and pay for a PI to get the proof she needs about what Todd and Carmon are supposedly doing. Poor Kandi, everyone is ruining her whole wedding and she hasn't even set a sate yet. 

It seems that the stress of the divorce started to get to Porsha and affect her health. She fainted while she was coming down a flight of stairs and found herself in the hospital. I found it odd that she couldn't remember the condition she was diagnosed with when asked, just saying that it was something that cuts off the blood supply to her brain. Well damn, if its that serious, shouldn't she be home in bed instead of browsing a drug store with her sister? I feel like the "illness" was a ploy to get sympathy in court during the divorce proceedings. 

It seems like Apollo didn't take any of Peter's advice from last week. He did apologize, but he still says he doesn't understand why Phaedra is upset! The man clearly doesn't learn. Somehow, they still made up and Phaedra promised to spend more time with Apollo when she graduates from mortuary school. 

NeNe seems to have forgotten that drama is still brewing between Phaedra and Kenya, because she decided to plan a girls trip to Savannah. Her exact words were "now that everyone is getting along, let's plan a trip". Not a good idea, NeNe. 

Next week, the ladies head to Savannah and it appears the trip will be every bit the sh** show we expect. Stay tuned!
