It is madness and mayhem on The Amazing Race this week as teams prepare to travel to Lisbon, Portugal. Jason and Amy's cab driver gets into an accident on the way to the airport but they driver of the other car said it was fine for them to continue on. Uh, did he look at the back of his car?! Meanwhile, Chester and Ephraim's travel agent accidentally books their flight for the wrong day but comes back with an option that will put them in five hours ahead of everyone else... except it has two connections. Risky!

The alliance formed between Tim and Marie and "the bunnies" (Nicky and Kim) quickly crumbles over who was first on standby for the connecting flight to Portugal. Given that Marie has yet to make friends on the race, it doesn't seem like a wise choice to turn her back on the two she had.

While Nicole and Travis arrive first in Portugal, Chester and E are sitting in Brazil somewhere kicking themselves since two connections turns out to be a nightmare. Teams grab a painting that is a clue to their next location, a coach museum, where they face a Detour. With Tiles, teams have to put together a lifesize puzzle with fragile pieces and with Miles, they'll use giant navigation equipment to figure out how many miles Magellan traveled.

Nicole and Travis work with Jason and Amy to quickly finish Miles, moving on to a Road Block. One team member has to fire an arrow and hit a shield 150 feet away. Jason gets it on the first try which begs the question, does he practice this at home? It's on to the pit stop from here, atop a beautiful castle! They would've had it in the bag, if not for Jason second guessing the cab driver.

While some people head to rest and relax, Chester and Ephraim are still sitting in London!

3. Nicky and Kim
4. Tim and Danny
5. Brandon and Adam
6. Leo and Jamal
7. Ally and Ashley
8. Tim and Marie
9. Chester and Ephraim

By the time the former NFL players made it to Portgual, it was dark and Phil was waiting for them at the airport.  Not good, not good at all.  They have been eliminated from the race, which is too bad because they were not only fun to watch, but seemed like they'd be a competitive team all season long!  Now, turn around and get on another plane, boys.
