For the first time in a  loonng time, Teresa and Joe sat down with their mother and had lunch - together! Their father would have been there if he wasn't dealing with his poor health, but it was a beautiful thing nonetheless. Their mother kept exclaiming how beautiful it was to have them together over and over. As moving as it was, I couldn't help but wondering if it could possibly last?

One of the stipulations that Jacqueline put on her rekindled friendship with Teresa was that it  had to actually be real. No more superficial BS and Teresa checking out when things get hard and not being there for Jacqueline. To kind of get that started,  Teresa went to Jacqueline's house for the first time since their last blow out over there about the tabloid stories. While she was there, she sat and played with Nicholas and tried to help Jaqueline get over her fear of public speaking so she could be the strong advocate for autism that she wanted to be. True, Teresa shouldn't be giving anyone advice on public speaking, or speaking at all for that matter, but it was nice of her to put in an effort. 

When Rosie said that Kathy is there for everyone else but no one is there for her, she wasn't to far off the mark. Kathy had a big event sampling her cannoli and she invited everyone to come and support her. Caroline ended up getting a monster migraine and everyone else showed up late. Poor Kathy! 

The time came for Jacqueline to put those "great" tips Teresa gave her to use when BLK held their first ever knockout autism event. Chris asked her to stand up and speak a little bit about their experience and what it's like living with an autism diagnosis. 

Melissa and Joe met with Johnny Wright, who is the manager for many successful pop artists like Justin Timberlake, Akon and The Jonas Brothers.  When they sat down, he let Melissa know in a very clear almost brusque manner that her family would come second to her family because he doesn't care about any of that. At first Melissa was pushing back a bit and it seemed like she was going to tell him to go to hell, but then she agreed to work with one of his producers. 

When she got in the studio though, Melissa realized she had a lot to prove vocally. Johnny pushed Melissa to go to his compound in Orlando to work with a vocal coach and other development specialists he has on site. When she originally started wanting to sing, Joe insisted she do it from home as much as possible and now she's flying down south to be away for a few days? I wonder how he'll handle the change. 

Melissa and Joe just happened to be at a restaurant/bar and ran into Penny. Although Teresa and Melissa agreed to approach their enemies together, Melissa just knew there was something more than Penny wanted to say at the Milania Hair Care launch party. It turns out she was right! After being grilled by Melissa, Penny admitted that Teresa was the one who was first inquiring about dirt on Melissa and that man John who has been bashing Melissa on Twitter is Penny's husband. Penny could be lying, but the fact that she has Teresa's home and cell phone numbers after Teresa worked so hard to convince everyone they didn't know each other isn't very promising. 

Ladies and gentleman, I do believe that the Gorga peace treaty has ended. The previews for next week reveal drama at a Posh party as Penny confronts Teresa! Sound familiar? Stay tuned!
