Since the hours activity, everyone was being all happy and cheery, but Caroline smelled something rotten in Denmark. She was glad that the men were so open and honest at the horse activity, but worried that the women, Melissa and Teresa especially, didn't. 

Their inability to open up and move forward could have had dire consequences for them while performing the latest trust activity that the resort arranged for them. They had them basically walking a double strung high wire that was designed so that in order to support yourself on it you had to have the support of another person who you had to communicate with in order to stay up. First, Teresa went up with Joe and you could tell they were honestly trying. But then she she went up with Melissa and something just wasn't quite right. Melissa kept insisting she was over everything, but clearly she wasn't  

Even though Joe Gorga felt the trip to Arizona made him closer to Teresa, the rumors about Melissa's fidelity and their source were nagging at him. He knew Teresa was involved somehow, but just didn't know what role she played and couldn't prove that she was involved. 

After Melissa's birthday dinner, everyone was feeling zen, but Caroline was tired of the fakeness, so she called it out. In her words, she was the "bad guy". Joe used that opportunity to let Teresa know that he felt in his heart that she had something to do with the rumors and attacks on Melissa. Teresa denied any involvement of course, and Melissa felt it was pointless to keep on with it because Teresa was never going to admit it. That may have been true, but Joe just wanted Teresa to stand up for them and take down Penny. 

Everyone else may have wanted everything to come out, but Jacqueline didn't want to go back to the dark place. When it became clear that peace was nowhere in the horizon, she pulled her blanket close and prepared to pretend sleep through another argument. 

Joe begged Teresa to help him stop Penny from further tarnishing Melissa's name and when she refused, he threw a glass at the wall. Melissa grabbed him by his ear, exclaiming "You're so embarrassing, get in the room!". Well I guess we know who really wears the pants in that family! Despite her refusals, the entire family called for the whole family to be a united front against Penny until Teresa agreed! Watch out New Jersey, the Gorgas and Giudices are united! 

Next week, Kathy gets let down and Penny reveals what she wanted to say at the Milania Hair party. I pray Teresa had nothing to do with this, but the previews seem to be telling another story! Stay tuned!
