Big Brother 15: Week 10 POV Recap

Gina Marie of Big Brother 15

There were so many rumors swirling around social media this week about who would be leaving the Big Brother house this week that I've been legitimately nervous for Thursday night! Even after the POV episode, I'm STILL not entirely sure who is going home but I've got my fingers crossed that things go the way many viewers are hoping.

In all the years of Big Brother, I've never seen a meltdown quite like when Amanda and McCrae were blindsided by Gina Marie at the nomination ceremony. The two cry, hold each other, profess their love, sulk, and look generally miserable throughout the entire episode. Though I'm starting to believe that what they have together is real, they need to pull it together. This is still a game for $500,000!

When Andy tries to comfort Amanda in the storage room, Elissa stands at the door to listen in on their conversation. Spencer happens to walk up and ends the eavesdropping session, worried that Andy will accidentally blow his cover as a member of The Exterminators. I had such high hopes for Andy this season but all he tries to do is hide behind others and flip flop between alliances. Is Elissa correct in her assessment that he can't be trusted? Absolutely, but now's not the time to shine a light on him. We've got a showmance to get out of this house.

Spencer, Andy, and Elissa are chosen to play in the veto with the nominees and HOH. You've heard of dizzy bat, now it's time for dizzy bowling! Houseguests face off in pairs and must spin around 15 times to lower a gate on a bowling alley, then knock down four pins. Amanda goes first, knocking out Elissa. Andy chooses her next and throws it to her, then Gina Marie takes her on as well but loses. In the meantime, McCrae defeats Spencer meaning the lovebirds go at it for the win. McCrae wins by seconds and there's puking and crying at the end of it all. Much as I haven't enjoyed Amanda, it is a little heartbreaking to watch.

With McCrae coming down from the block, a member of The Exterminators has to go up in his place. It can't be Elissa because she kept Gina Marie safe last week and she has to repay the favor. Good ol' Spencer takes one for the team, and becomes the most nominated player in BB history. Not the world's greatest award, but at least he'll be remembered!

Find out who leaves the Big Brother house, tonight at 9/8c on CBS.
