Things pick up on the finale of Below Deck at the crew meeting, where Aleks has just given Sam and CJ an ultimatum. Either they take a $200 hit from their tip for drinking on charter or they pack their bags and go right now. It's extremely awkward that they're fighting it out in front of everyone, but Dave and Eddie try to diffuse the situation and talk some sense into them.

Unfortunately, there's no talking to CJ and while taking a walk on the doc, he gets an offer from a random guy to join his crew and sail to Rhode Island. Without any thought, he grabs his stuff and bounces before the last charter aboard the Honor. Because Sam decided to stay, Aleks decides to give her the entire tip she earned, which drives Adrienne insane.

On the last charter, Adrienne displays some strange behavior, showing off in short shorts for a group of female guests.  Like Sam said, what happened to not fraternizing with guests?  She and Dave accompany the women out for a night at the club and Adrienne dances and cozies up to them.  Seriously, what is going on?!

The crew earns a 12K tip for that charter but better than that, Eddie gets promoted, which brings tears to his eyes.  Don't you just love him?!  As for the others, Sam decides that she wants to travel after this instead of staying on a yacht.  She even thanks Adrienne for putting up with her and apologizes for some of her behavior this season.  As for the others, Ben is headed to Cape Cod, Eddie's off to Baltimore, Aleks will continue doing charters in Los Angeles, and Dave is going to work with him!

Speaking of Dave, after missing his fiance all season, Trevor surprises him at the doc for a reunion.  That left you with a warm, fuzzy feeling and you know it!
