Kathy provided some advice for all the newly married couples out there: don't have an old fashioned or traditional relationship! Rich continued to talk over her and think that he knew better than her when it came to business, prompting her obvious frustration. Rich just wanted everything to be about profit and money, but Kathy wanted to love every part of what she's doing. She feels that since she was a housewife for so many years, he's only able to view her in that way. In short - Rich doesn't respect her. 

Kathy wasn't the only one reflecting on the challenges of a traditional marriage. Caroline revealed that Albie is always the one calling the shots and that sometimes, it's a struggle between them. On the other hand, her daughter is in no rush to enter a marriage any time soon. Before she lost all the weight and launched her company, Lauren was all about becoming Mrs. Vedo. Now she's calling his her second priority and isn't even willing to have a conversation about marriage. 

Melissa knew it wasn't a coincidence that her marriage was being slammed at the same time she was releasing her book. It's a no brainer - she's writing a marriage advice book, why not make up lies about her and her husband? For Melissa  haters, it was the perfect window. 

Melissa got the opportunity to confront her former friend Jan about the accusations she was making when Teresa invited her to the launch of her new hair product line. Not only would Jan be there, but some girl named Penny would be in attendance who was the cousin of Angelo, the infamous slime ball that claimed Melissa used to dance for him. Remembering what Dr. G said, Teresa offered to be by Melissa's side supporting her when she confronted Jan.

Melissa arrived at the party looking stunning, ready to face her haters. She didn't have to wait long to see Jan because the two faced witch came right up to a circle Melissa was standing in and tried to make conversation with her. Needless to say, the drama started pretty quickly. Instead of backing down, Jan "reminded" Melissa that she had in fact hooked up with her ex and even spouted specifics about the evening. Poor Melissa was so appalled and disgusted, she was rendered speechless. After telling Melissa she deserves an academy award for lying, Jan skulked away, but not before mocking Melissa's religious beliefs by exclaiming "thank you Jesus!" 

You could tell Melissa was trying not to cry as Jan walked away, not because she was guilty, but because she lost a very dear friend. Right after, Penny walks up admitting that she contributed to the Life & Style magazine cover and that she was talking crap about her. I'm confused. If Melissa never met this girl, how does Penny  know anything about her? Of course,Teresa just stood there watching the whole thing go down and didn't offer Melissa one iota of support. The only time she said anything was when she  confirmed six times that Melissa knew she and Penny weren't friends. I'm happy they're all friends again, but Teresa made herself look guilty as hell. She was hovering while Melissa was talking to Penny despite being shooed away, and she tried too hard to make herself look innocent. Joe and Melissa both agreed that there is a connection between Teresa and Penny. I don't think Teresa's vindicated spirit will last for long...everything done in the dark eventually comes to light. 

Next week, the group goes on yet another trip and Ritchie ends up in tears? Stay tuned!
