America's Next Top Model Cycle 20's Bianca Alexa

Walking on a runway is tough enough. Walking on a vertical runway is another story! Last week on ANTM, the challenge proved to be a bit too much for Bianca. Between that and a lackluster photo shot, she fell to the bottom and was eliminated from the competition. We chatted with her following her elimination in an exclusive interview about whether or not she thinks she should've gone home, what became of her and Mike, and her next step in the modeling world.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What made you decide to audition for ANTM?

A. Bianca: A psychic actually told me years ago to audition for the show so when I was finally of age and saw the call for cycle 20 online, I shot them an email and they asked me to come audition!

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: How did you feel about having guys compete this season?

A. Bianca: Well I'm super boy crazy so I was more excited than anything!

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: There was some flirty behavior with Mike this season. Is he someone you'd want to spend time with outside of the show?

A. Bianca: Mike and I actually dated for about two months after the show wrapped, and although we aren't together anymore, he still remains one of my close friends.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Tell me about this week's catwalk challenge. It looked like you gave up. Was it challenging, frustrating, what was going on in your mind?

A. Bianca: It was definitely very scary at first, but I simply didn't have the strength to hold myself up once I got down. I figured if I posed instead it would look a lot better than if I struggled the whole way down. I personally thought I'd get props for improvising in a bad situation, but I guess the judges didn't see it that way. No regrets though! I wouldn't change a thing if I had the chance.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Do you feel like your picture was bad enough that you should've been the one to go home this week?

A. Bianca: The photo shoot was another situation where I simply had no leg room to do anything different than what I had done. I was told how to pose and what to do and we had five minutes to do the whole shot. I thought I looked great considering the situation I was in.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: When someone says you look better in person, that's often taken as a compliment... unless you're a model who wants to do print work! What did you think of Rob's assessment of you?

A. Bianca: I thought Rob was definitely hard on me during the entire competition. I don't know what he meant by that comment but I definitely work as a print model almost every day so maybe he just didn't see what everyone else sees!

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What does the future hold for you and where are you hoping to take your career?

A. Bianca: The future is definitely bright! I have a lot of trips lined up to go to Europe and the Caribbean, and I also have been working frequently as a model at Wilhelmina. I also just got offered some contracts with Next Models so that's exciting and we'll see what happens!
