Look out folks, baby Duke is mobile! Realizing their baby was fast on the move, G&B figured it was time to baby proof. Bill wanted to take the traditional route and make it a DIY project, but meanwhile, Giuliana was searching for designer baby proofers. They ended up compromising - Bill baby proofed the entire house, and they called in the expert to double check his work. When she arrived, she kindly gave them an A for effort, but basically told them to step aside and let the expert handle the job. At least the Duke will be safe! 

Giuliana enlisted the help of designer Lonni Paul to help make her new office amazing. Not only did E! give her a bigger and better office space, but they also granted her an additional room to use as a nursery for Duke. Using her genus, Lonni was able to transform that space so that it was like an extension of their home for baby Duke. 

Starting yet another project, Giuliana teamed up with Bright Pink to launch FabuWish, a company that will grant wishes to breast and ovarian cancer survivors. No stranger to cancer herself, Giuliana remembered how getting dolled up for work and looking great helped to take her focus off cancer and on feeling good, so she wanted to share that with other women. 

After the website went live, they got a ton of hits within the first 48 hours. From all those submissions, they had to choose one woman who would receive the first FabuWish. From the thousands of choices, she selected Barbie, a women in the military who was serving in Afghanistan when she was diagnosed with cancer. She surprised Barbie via webcam to let her know that she was granted the very first FabuWish! They flew Barbie and her sister out for a fun filled weekend of pampering in L.A. - very well deserved. 

Next week, G&B are pressured to have another baby and they celebrate Giuliana's mom's 70th birthday - Italian style! Stay tuned
