When we left off last week, Joe Gorga and Teresa had just done the unthinkable - embraced on Dr. V's couch. Since the majority of the issues stemmed from Teresa's relationship with Joe's wife, the good doctor decided to pull Melissa into the therapy session. When Teresa tried to play the "I never did anything" card, Dr. V wasn't having it and she called Teresa on her bullshiz. Literally. She called her a dumba** for staying around Kim D when she was saying bad things about Melissa and not doing anything about them. 100 points for Dr. V!  Teresa FINALLY admitted that she's done hurtful things to her brother and sister in-law, and with that, her brother let out a sigh of relief. 

Melissa reluctantly agreed to move past everything and put it all behind them. She and Teresa exchanged several heartfelt hugs. Next, Joe G was called in, which was pointless. Everyone else was being so heartfelt, but it didn't seem like he was taking it seriously. He grumbled an apology to Joe Gorga and Melissa, swore while he was hugging them, and then left the room. Uh, progress? 

Honestly, as happy as I am to see the drama calm down in NJ, it just all seemed so fast! Before I knew it, Dr V. was whisked away in her suave SUV and everyone was getting drunk together as if nothing ever happened! Kathy was annoyed that Dr. V left before she got to talk to Teresa about any of their issues, but at the same time, she was glad Teresa and Joe worked things out. It seems like Kathy is being put on the back burner by Teresa especially. I wonder if that's going to eventually blow up?

 They had a nice dinner together where they all got zonked, even Melissa! Then, even though the team builders were long gone, they engaged in some drunken trust falls. Teresa really wanted Caroline to fall back onto her and Caroline did, but only on one condition - if she got to see Jacqueline and Teresa do the same thing, eventually. Teresa hesitantly, meanwhile in NJ,  Jacqueline revealed to Chris that she isn't interested in having a relationship with Teresa. For her, the trust is broken and she believes their issues can't be fixed. Jacqueline couldn't have  been happier that she wasn't there when all the craziness was happening. She went out for a night on the town with her husband while everyone else was in Lake George trying to mend their relationship. 

Even after she made the promise to Caroline, Teresa was still apprehensive about making up with Caroline. Surprisingly a drunk Joe Giudice put his foot down and told her that she WOULD make amends.   Earlier at dinner, Ritchie had advised him to get in touch with Chris and make up with him. When Joe started talking about bringing them a bottle of wine that they made together, I knew he was open to making up. While reflecting on the situation with his wife, Joe's eyes got a little juicy as he actually shed some tears. It was really touching - until he ended the conversation with this gem: "You didn't make me cry b****. I cry when I want to cry." And there goes my one moment of sympathy for Joe Giudice. 

Next week Teresa makes good on her promise to Caroline and meets face to face with Jacqueline! I can't to see how this is going to go!
